Titan Cloud Go - App Permissions
Learn how to configure a user in Titan Cloud Edge so they have the right permissions in the Titan Cloud Go mobile app

User Requirements
A Titan Cloud User account is required to access Titan Cloud Go mobile app.
The user account must have a password containing the following:
- At least 8 characters
- At least one:
- lowercase letter
- uppercase letter
- number
- special character
Tip: Admins can prompt a user to reset their password by clicking Send Reset Password Email in the User Profile.
Note: Inspectors that manage multiple Titan Cloud clients do not need separate user accounts for each client using the new app!

User Role Requirements
Access to specific areas of the Titan Cloud Go mobile app are set at the User Role level. As more functionality is added, more user role permissions may be required.
Advanced Facility Inspections
To create, access, or complete inspections, the user's role must have “Mobile App - Advanced Facility Inspections” access enabled in the API Permissions tab.
Tank Inventory
To view Inventory, the user's role must have Tank Inventory Access enabled in the General tab.
