The Titan Cloud Go mobile app, scheduled for launch in 2026, allows inspectors to easily complete EPA-mandated regulatory inspections on site using their own tablet or phone.

While it is intended to replace the existing Titan Cloud AFI Mobile App it has been designed to work seamlessly alongside existing advanced facility inspection workflows.

Note: The current version of the Titan Cloud Go mobile app is undergoing a final round of beta testing. If you are unsure whether you should be using this app yet, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. More information coming soon!

Access & Login

App Download

The TitanCloud Go app may be downloaded to your device from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

For iPhone or iPad: Apple Store

For an Android phone or tablet: Google Play Store

Tip: A Titan Cloud User account is required to access TitanCloud Go app, and that user must be configured for SSO login or have a password containing the following:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one:
    • lowercase letter
    • uppercase letter
    • number
    • special character

Additionally, user's Role must have “Mobile App - Advanced Facility Inspections” access enabled in the API Permissions tab.

Once the app is installed on your mobile device, use your Titan Cloud username and password to log in. You may use the forgot password link to change your password or even add a Primary Email to your account.

Inspections Page

On the Inspections page, you may open an existing inspection, or you may create a new inspection.

Tip: If the site might have poor reception, we recommend opening or creating the inspection beforehand in an area with strong Wi-Fi or cell service!  This will pre-load the inspection to your device so everything can be completed on site.

Open an Existing Inspection

To locate a specific inspection, you may use the search bar and type in an inspection name or a facility name. You may also use the tabs to sort inspections by status: Open, Pending, Completed, or All.

Once you've located the inspection you're looking for, tap it to open.

Create New Inspection

To create a new inspection, tap the Plus Sign (New Inspection) button at the bottom right corner of the screen.

To complete the New Inspection form, first search for and select the Facility. This value will determine which state-mandated or custom forms are available to select as the Inspection Profile and Inspector.

Tap Begin Inspection to confirm selections and open the new inspection.

Perform Inspection

The information at the top of the inspection page tracks your progress. You may also tap Sections to view or jump to another section of the inspection.

To progress to the next section, click Next.

Tip: Within the Inspection, you'll not only see the questions from the state or custom form, but you'll see information populated from Titan Cloud specific to that facility's setup. This may include tanks, lines, dispensers, canopies, sumps, and ATGs.

The pre-populated setup data ensures inspectors can review the actual equipment installed at the site, increasing accuracy and efficiency of the inspection process. If there is a mismatch between the equipment on site and what's listed in the Inspection Page, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for next steps.

Required Fields

Some inspection profiles have required questions that must be answered before the inspection can be completed. These are marked with a red asterisk.

Upload Photos

Photos, videos, and files may be attached to Inspection responses by tapping add photo.

You will be prompted to select one or more images from your device's photo library, camera, or files.

Once uploaded, you may choose to add more images or manage the uploaded attachment(s) using the pencil edit or trash delete icons.

Save Inspection

To save an unfinished inspection without submitting it, tap the Save icon at the bottom center of the screen.

Complete Inspection

To submit the inspection, simply tap Finish Inspection. If all required questions have been completed you will be prompted to confirm that the inspection is complete.

Tip: If all required questions are completed, you may also complete the inspection from the Inspection Menu. Click the three lines at the top right of the screen, then select Complete Inspection.

Offline Inspections

Inspections can be completed offline and synced to Titan Cloud automatically when you reconnect or manually at a time of your choosing.

Automatic Syncing

Automatic background synchronization is enabled in the Titan Cloud Go app by default. This means that when your device is offline, the app will try to reconnect and automatically sync inspection data any time one of the following events occur:

  • You log in to the app
  • You open an inspection
  • You exit an inspection page
  • Your device reconnects to the internet

To verify that the background synchronization setting is enabled, tap the three lines at the top left of the page to open the main menu. Near the bottom of the menu, tap Settings.

To ensure automatic syncing is active, toggle Enable Background Synchronization into the ON position.

Note: The “Notify me about not sync inspections in the background” setting is not operational in the Titan Cloud Go app at this time.

If background synchronization is enabled, simply logging in to the app will trigger the automatic sync. However, it's possible that you may still need to manually sync an inspection.

Manually Sync the Current Inspection

While an inspection is open, you can tap the three lines at the top right corner of the screen to open the options menu.

Select Save & Sync to sync all data from the current inspection to Titan Cloud.

Manually Sync Multiple Inspections

From the Inspections Page (home screen), tap the three lines at the top left corner of the screen to open a menu panel.

If any inspections are currently un-synced, you should see a red notification next to Sync Content. Tap this option to show all currently un-synced inspections.

Select one or more inspections and tap Sync.
