Titan Cloud Edge Compliance Best Practices
The Titan Cloud Support team recommends the following schedule for staying on top of compliance data and processes in Titan Cloud Edge.

Investigate Active Alarms | Daily | Depending on your subscription, workflow, and personal preferences, active alarms can be monitored in the following locations: To quickly take action on active alarms, we recommend the Alarm Dashboard. |
Verify Connectivity | Every 1-2 days | The ATG Issues section of the Compliance Dashboard will identify facilities with missing inventory or connectivity issues. Check for “Missing Inventory/Connectivity Issues” alerts in the Compliance Dashboard, and investigate using the ATG Configuration page. Tip: Check out the ATG Connectivity Troubleshooter!

Update Open Activities | Once a week |
Check for past due and open activities in one of the following locations: Close out or update activities so they have the most updated information. |
Review Important Dates | Every 1-2 weeks |
Check for missing, past due, and upcoming Important Dates in one of the following locations: |
Review ATG Incorrect Time Issues | Once a month |
The ATG Issues section of the Compliance Dashboard will identify facilities where the ATG's timestamps are incorrect due to software upgrade, power outage, or daylight savings.
Then, simply manage ATG date and time from within Edge. |
Review Release Detection Results | Once a month |
Check for non-passing or missing Release Detection results in one of the following locations: We recommend doing this at the mid-point of each month to ensure you can get a fix before the end of the month. |
Review Release Detection Setup | Once a month |
Use the Compliance Dashboard to identify Release Detection Setup issues to ensure all tanks, sensors, and release detection is configured properly for all facilities.
Identified issues may be resolved on the individual site's Release Detection Setup page, the site's Tank Setup, or Line and Sensor Setup page. |
Review Advanced Facility Inspections | Once a month |
Check for open, pending, or past due inspections in one of the following locations: |
