How to create a contract penalty for a Supplier or Customer contract

Contract penalties can be managed for both buy side and sell side contracts.
Locate Contracts Page
Click the Supply Management tile on the Supplier homepage.
Next, select the Contracts tile.
Use the tab toggle to manage Supplier Contracts (buy-side) or Customer Contracts (sell-side).
When creating a contract or editing contract details, the Contract Penalty section is at the bottom of the page and includes the following fields:
- Select Penalty
- Under Pull Penalty
- Over Pull Penalty
- Select Basis
- Per OuM
- Flat Fee
- Dollar amount (USD)
Additional contract penalties can be added by clicking Add Contract Penalty.
