For detailed investigation of Release Detection results, Titan Cloud Edge offers a variety of Release Detection Summary & Results Pages, Standard Release Detection Reports, and custom Reports. But to download FCR PDF files for multiple facilities in bulk, we recommend using the shortcut in the global menu.

Click the nine dots to open the main menu, then under Reports, select Download Facility Compliance Reports.

Download FCRs

Use the Filters to set the report parameters and select the file type (single PDF, or zip file containing separate PDF files).

You may also choose to download existing FCR files from the Electronic File Cabinet (E-Files) or generate all new FCR files.

Then, you may click Go or Regenerate Facility Compliance Reports.

  • Go: Download the files as specified in the parameters without making any changes to the existing E-Files
  • Regenerate Facility Compliance Reports: A pop up will ask you to select an action and click Start.
    • Create missing reports: Only missing reports within the parameters will be regenerated. These will be saved to E-Files.
    • Create missing reports and replace existing ones: All reports within the parameters will be regenerated and existing files will be replaced in E-Files.

Pulling From E-Files Generate New Reports
Go Download existing FCRs from E-Files. Generate all reports from scratch without making any changes to existing E-Files
Regenerate Facility Compliance Reports Download existing FCRs from E-Files and generate missing reports from scratch. Any previously missing reports will be added to E-Files. Generate all reports from scratch and make changes to E-Files where applicable.

Configure FCRs

The Release Detection methods used are managed at the facility level in Release Detection Setup. Users with access to make global changes can do so on the Account Settings page in the Administrative Console.

Scroll down to the Facility Compliance Report section.

From here, you can choose which Alarm Types to include/exclude from the report, enable/disable the option to generate new reports, and manage the approval workflow.
