The Release Detection feature for automated compliance reporting relies on accurate Tank, Line, and Sensor mapping. Tanks should be mapped as part of New Facility Setup, but extra steps may be needed to verify Line and Sensor details for compliance reporting.

Tip: Before checking and manually editing Line and Sensor info, we recommend quickly refreshing ATG connection info from polling to make sure we have the most up to date information from your gauge!

Line Setup

In the facility menu, click “Facility Info” and “Line Setup.”

If the site's gauge is set to poll line leak detector tests, Titan Cloud will automatically map lines as configured in the ATG. All automatically polled lines will show “Titan Polling Engine” in the “Source” column for clarity.

To manually add a line, click Add New. Complete the Line Information and click Add New at the bottom of the page.

Whether a line is added manually or through polling, you can edit details for reporting purposes by clicking the pencil edit icon.

Note: Any edits made on this page apply to Titan Cloud only, and do not apply changes to the gauge on location.

Sensor Setup

In the facility menu, click "Facility Info” and “Sensor Setup.”

If sensors are configured in the gauge, Titan Cloud will map them automatically when polling the gauge. All sensors added to this page automatically will show “Titan Polling Engine” in the “Source” column for clarity.

Tip: The green flag icon means that the sensor is required for compliance. Sensors must be marked as required for compliance to be included in the Release Detection Summary and Compliance Dashboard.

To manually add a sensor, click “Add New.”

Select the type of sensor and click “OK.”

Then, provide the Sensor #, Description, Category, and Status.

Use the checkboxes below to designate the sensor as “Required for Compliance” and associate it with the appropriate tanks and lines. At the bottom of this page, click “Add New.”

Tip: If you select the “Annular” category, make sure to check the box for the associated tank to link the sensor with Interstitial Monitoring results.

Whether a sensor is added manually or automatically, you can edit details for reporting purposes by clicking the pencil edit icon.

Note: Any edits made on this page apply to Titan Cloud only, and do not apply changes to the gauge on location.
