Re-Populate Missing Release Detection Data
Use the Recalculate or Regenerate options to troubleshoot missing release detection data.
Table of Contents
The Release Detection Summary page contains two similar features to help populate missing data, depending on where that data needs to be.
The Recalculate option applies directly to the Release Detection Summary page, and the Regenerate Facility Compliance Reports option applies to automatically generated E-Files.
Recalculate
The Recalculate button allows you to create periods and recalculate blanks and non-passing results from the polling source directly onto the RD Summary page. This option is helpful if sensor settings have been updated, or if polling connectivity has impacted displayed results.
Click the Recalculate button to open a dialog box. Select a date range, and click Recalculate to run. You may also have the option to recalculate for all facilities.
Tip: Even if you're only recalculating one facility, this process can take a few minutes to run. Wait a few minutes, then refresh the page to see the recalculated results.
Regenerate Facility Compliance Reports
The Regenerate Facility Compliance Reports button performs a similar function, but applies to the automatically generated release detection reports. This option should be used if the facility's Electronic File Cabinet (E-Files) does not contain the expected release detection reports for a specified period.
Click the Regenerate Facility Compliance Reports button to open the dialog box. Select a date range and use the dropdown menu to specify whether to create missing reports only, or to replace any existing reports within the selected range. Then, click Start to run.
