What is Task Verification? Step 1: Create Verification Questions Step 2: Map to Matrices Step 3: Configure Workflow Status Conclusion

The Task Verification feature in the Urgent Platform enables site users to complete a post-task verification survey. This helps assess whether the task was completed to the expected standard and uses responses to generate supplier performance scores. This guide outlines how Task Verification is configured and utilized in the system.

What is Task Verification?

When a task reaches completion, the platform can prompt the site user with a series of verification questions. These questions gather feedback to evaluate service quality and support supplier scoring mechanisms.

Step 1: Create Verification Questions

Navigate to: System > Custom Fields > Task Verification

  • The question type must be set to List.
  • Each list option must have a weighting (e.g., 0 = Poor, 5 = Okay, 10 = Excellent).
  • If multiple questions are used, the total score is the sum of the list value weights (e.g., two questions: max score = 20, avg = 10, poor = 0).

Step 2: Map to Matrices

Go to: System > Matrices > Matrix Actions > Task Verification

Here, enable the verification questions on the relevant matrix items. This ensures they will be triggered on the associated task types.

Step 3: Configure Workflow Status

Go to: System > Workflow > Status > Workflow Features

Enable the verification feature on the specific status where the survey should be completed. This is usually a status like Satisfaction Assessment.

Conclusion

Task Verification ensures valuable feedback is collected directly from site users upon task completion, supporting supplier performance tracking and continuous service improvement. If you would like Task Verification enabled in your tenant, please contact Techniche Support.

Please contact the Techniche support team if you have further questions.
