Improvements & Enhancements

Accessorial Tables: Users can now designate Recurring Fees.

Carrier Comms Dashboard: 

• Up to three read-only lift options will display on the Create Order screen as configured in the Supplier's Buy Contract assignment.
• Carriers will be able to enter or update historical delivery/order information for the previous three days.

Load Review & Invoicing: 

• Billers may change the fuel type on the invoice via the Load Review Screen. This will close the original order and generate a new order. 
• A Terminal multi-select picklist will be added to surcharge setup. When configured, the surcharge will default when loads are lifted from the designated terminal(s).
• New error messaging will advise if an invoice cannot be created/edited due to missing information. 

Source Region: 

• The layout of this page will change from Cards to a Grid. Users will be able to filter, search, and manage source regions from the grid.
• A new Toll Matrix will store toll rates by Source region + Terminal + Carrier + Location.

Bug Fixes

No specific bug fixes have been scheduled for this release but may be addressed as needed.

What's Next for Supply and Logistics

Here’s a preview of enhancements in upcoming cycles: 

TFX Release 26.11 (07/02/2026)

• Carrier Comms Dashboard API: New endpoints for BolLiftDate and BolLiftTime will be added to the Create and Edit Order APIs. 
• Invoicing: A single drop date, start time, end date, and end time will apply across products within a single load.
• Trailer-Compartment Validation: A new client-level setting may be enabled to run load validation based on trailer or carrier proxy.

Q2 2026

• Supply Management & Invoicing Enhancements: We are continuing to refine the new Supply Management module to include better Invoicing, Load Code management, and Load Review management. Early adopters are taking advantage of single source-of-truth screens with mass editing capabilities, support for location-level load codes, defaulting of terminal suppliers and load codes, and intuitive invoicing workflows.
