Improvements & Enhancements Bug Fixes What's Next for Supply and Logistics

These updates will be available in the Titan Logistics (TFX) platform after Thursday, June 4 at 2 AM EST. No action is required on your end (unless noted).

Improvements & Enhancements

Allocation Management: Allocation logic will be updated to remove dependency on Load Code and base consumption on Terminal + Supplier (+Product) matching.

Carrier Dispatch: Users with the Carrier Dispatcher role will be able to access the Location View page for locations in their region(s).

CCD: We are updating delivery matching logic to accommodate delayed driver input after delivery completion.

DSB: Both the Orders and Loads tabs will receive the following enhancements:

  • The view will default to Grid format rather than Stacked
  • The DR ID will be clickable and route users to the DR history screen for that DR
  • A new "Creation Date" column will be added next to "Created By"
  • New "Modified By" and "Modified Date" columns will reflect recent updates whether the order is modified by a user or the system
  • A new "Notes" column will source comments from Location Details > Site Instructions
  • Selected items will be sorted to the top, even if the user selects records across multiple pages, to prevent accidental partial deletion of grouped delivery requests.

DSB Carrier View: If a carrier only has access to one region, that region will be auto-selected when creating orders.

DSB Workbench: Users exporting the DSB Workbench to Excel will see an enhanced UI including larger font size, indented data fields, and a centralized header.

Inventory Details: Columns will be added to the grid for Location (clickable link to Location Details screen) and Address.

Invoicing: Support for QuickBooks and PDI back office integration workflows

System: We are clarifying the difference between Ullage based on Max Fill and Ceiling Ullage based on Ceiling Level system-wide.

Terminal & Bulk Plants: We are adding the option for users to define a terminal name without replacing the IRS/system name. The new Display Name will be visible across all system touchpoints.

Bug Fixes

No specific bug fixes have been scheduled for this release but may be addressed as needed.

Note: Customer-specific support & integration items are excluded from this list

What's Next for Supply and Logistics

Here’s a preview of enhancements in upcoming cycles:

Q2 2026

  • Supply Management & Invoicing Enhancements: We are continuing to refine the new Supply Management module to include better Invoicing, Load Code management, and Load Review management. Early adopters are taking advantage of single source-of-truth screens with mass editing capabilities, support for location-level load codes, defaulting of terminal suppliers and load codes, and intuitive invoicing workflows. Overall, our goal is to simplify complex workflows and create a more consistent billing experience across the board. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to learn more and opt in!

Note: Roadmap items are subject to change.
