These updates will be available in the Titan Logistics (TFX) platform after Thursday, April 23 at 2 AM EST. No action is required on your end (unless noted).
Please note the Titan Logistics (TFX) platform has a maintenance window of up to two hours. Inventory readings will be unavailable during this time.
Improvements & Enhancements
CCD: Manually created orders will be matched against existing Unaccounted Orders.
Retain Events: We are adding a new icon to the Titan Logistics header to alert users to Retain events.
Support Resources: We are adding a new Global Help icon that will open a dropdown menu containing links to the Help Center, Release Notes, and Support Portal.
Trailer Setup: We are separating the trailer setup page into tabs for Internal Trailers and Carrier Trailer Proxies, and we are adding separate compartment setup for gasoline and diesel.
Bug Fixes
API: The GetForecastedOrders API will default to today's date if no date is specified in the request.
Tank Upload: The upload flow will ensure Fuel Type matches tank's Product Family.

Supply Management & Invoicing Enhancements:We are continuing to refine the new Supply Management module to include better Invoicing, Load Code management, and Load Review management. Early adopters are taking advantage of single source-of-truth screens with mass editing capabilities, support for location-level load codes, defaulting of terminal suppliers and load codes, and intuitive invoicing workflows. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to learn more and opt in!
