How to update or reset your password in Titan Supply & Logistics
Learn how to reset or update your password to log in to the Titan Supply & Logistics (TFX) software platform.

Tip: The following instructions do not apply if your organization uses SSO to sign in. If you are having difficulty logging in with SSO, please reach out to an admin at your organization.
Change Password
To update your password, click the icon with your user initials in the top right corner of the screen and select Change Password.

Follow the instructions on screen to provide your old password and new password. Click Save to confirm and apply changes.

Reset Password
If you do not know your password, you may click “Forgot Password?” on the login page.

When prompted, provide your email address and click Reset.

If your email address is associated with a user account, you will receive an email with a link to log in. Click the “Create New Password” link in the email to open the Reset Password page in a new browser window. When prompted, provide your new password and click Reset.
