Table of Contents
Email and SMS text notifications from Titan Supply & Logistics may come from three sources:
- User Notifications
- Customer Contact Notifications
- Customer Representative (Location) Notifications
Troubleshoot Duplicate Notifications
If you are receiving duplicate notifications, it's possible you are configured to receive the same notifications from more than one source.
If disabling the notification at the User level does not resolve the issue, please reach out to an admin for assistance investigating whether your email is listed as a Customer Contact or as the Customer Representative for a specific Location.
User Notifications
To manage your own email and text notifications at the user level, click the icon with your user initials at the top right of the screen and select Notifications.

The notifications available to your User Role will be listed in the grid.
Tip: By default, this grid lists the first 10 notification types alphabetically. We recommend using the “show entries” dropdown to increase the number to 100 to display all available notifications for your user role.

Use the toggles in the Email and SMS columns to enable or disable notifications as desired.
Click Save at the bottom of the page to confirm.
Customer Contact Notifications
When a Customer is added to My Customers, an email and mobile number are required.
To locate and manage the Customer Contact, select My Customers in the main menu. Locate and select the Customer name in the grid. Then, click the pencil edit icon on the Customer Details page to manage the contact information.

You may choose to select or deselect the notification options: "Provide Delivery Details to Customer" and "Provide Schedule Details to Customer" at the bottom of the page.

Click Save to confirm updates.
Customer Representative (Location) Notifications
When a Location is added to a Customer, admins may designate a Customer Representative to receive DDT notifications by email.
Tip: Customer Location Representatives must be selected from a list of existing users.
To locate and manage the Location's Customer Representative contact information, select My Customers in the main menu. Locate and select the Customer, then locate and select the Location name in the grid.
In the Location Details, you may update the Customer Representative and/or click “Add Another Recipient” to include multiple contacts. You may check or uncheck the “Include Image Attachment” option to determine whether an image is attached to the DDT notification email.
