Click Save to send an invitation to the user and return to the Users page, or click + Add Another to add another user.
The user must click the link in their email invitation to complete the user creation process. Until they have accepted the invitation, you will see them in the Invited grid.
Once the email invitation has been accepted and the user has logged in for the first time, they'll appear in the Onboarded grid. To activate the user, making them eligible to be assigned to orders where applicable, check the box in the Active column.
Tip: Most notifications are disabled by default. If the user needs to receive email or SMS notifications, they can be enabled from their user profile (initials in the top right corner). The user may do this themselves, or you may impersonate them from the Onboarded grid.
