The Titan Driver App (formerly called the Truefill Driver App) allows delivery drivers to seamlessly and immediately connect fuel deliveries to Titan Logistics (TFX).

Getting Started

Install Titan Driver Mobile App

If you have not already downloaded the app to your mobile device, you may do so from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Note: When you first launch the app, you will be prompted to grant access to location services and allow notifications.

  • Location Services are required for:
    • Dispatcher delivery tracking
    • Locating alternate terminals for pickup
    • Providing directions to terminals and drop locations
  • Notifications are required for:
    • Alerts when loads have been assigned or updated

These permissions may be updated in your device's settings if needed.

Log in using your email address and password.

If you have difficulty logging in you may tap Forgot Password to send a reset link to your registered email address.

App Navigation

By default, your home page will list your Pending assigned loads for the day. You may change the date at the top of the screen or view Completed or Missed loads by selecting the tabs underneath.

The bell Notifications icon contains any new alerts that may have arisen since your last login.

The three-dot Options menu may be used to access the Timecard, Report Incident, Print Load Details, and Logout actions.

Missed Deliveries Message

When you first log in, if any missed deliveries are present, you'll be prompted to complete them prior to viewing any currently assigned loads. These are typically loads where the workflow was not completed in the app.

If you select “I'll do this later,” they will be available under the “Missed” tab.

Schedule Assignment Message

When delivery groups are assigned or updated, a message will prompt you to click OK and refresh the schedule.

Before Starting a Shift

Review Assigned Loads

To review assigned loads, first confirm the date at the top of the screen. If needed, you may swipe or use the arrows to change the date.

Underneath the date are tabs for Pending, Completed, and Missed loads. Pending loads are displayed by default.

Check to confirm that shift start time, trailer number, products, gallons, and delivery windows are all as expected.

Print Load Details

We strongly recommend printing load details when the terminal does not permit cell phone use. To print, tap the three dots Options icon and select Print Load Details in the dropdown menu.

Tap the Bluetooth Printer or Wifi Printer icon on the Load Details screen and select a connected printer.

Tip: The system will default to the last printer used. If you are unsure which printer to select, most in-vehicle Bluetooth printers have a serial number on the back. The last four digits of the serial number should match a connected printer.

Starting Your Shift

Start Shift

From the home screen, tap Start Shift. This will begin tracking your time and location for the dispatcher.

Review Notes

Notes will automatically pop up for your review, or you may click the “i” icon associated with the first load.

These notes may include contact information for the drop location or specific comments from the dispatcher.

Confirm that you have reviewed the notes by clicking “OK I have read it.”

If you have confirmed previously, you can exit the note view by tapping anywhere else on screen.

Tip: Want to verify tank levels? Tap the “Fuel Refresh” icon to fetch the latest tank readings associated with the load.

Accept Load

Tap Accept to begin the first load and access next steps.

The Lift

Navigate to Terminal

Tap Navigate to open map and tracking. Confirm then location and tap Lift.

Next, tap Navigate to Pick Up.

Note: In most cases, this feature is used for dispatch tracking only. The directions provided on screen are supplied by Google Maps and do not include hazmat, weight, or height restrictions in the recommended route. Please use the route that is appropriate for your vehicle!

Tap On My Way To Pickup when leaving.

At Terminal

Tap Arrived At Pickup when at the pickup location and wait for the Success confirmation.

What if I'm not at the right location?

The app relies on geofenced data and will display an alert if the driver taps “Arrived at Pick Up” and is not at the assigned pickup location.

Choose Change Pickup if the location is wrong, or Continue Anyway only when directed.

What if I need to change the pickup location?

Tap Change Pickup at the top of the screen or in the Alert pop-up window.

The bottom of the screen will show alternate pickup locations within a 50 mile radius of your current location. Select an option and click Change to confirm.

Tap Add BOL/Lift.

If multiple lift options are available, use the arrows to review and tap Select to confirm the lift that matches the terminal, supplier, and load code you have been assigned.

What if nothing is available?

If all displayed pickup options are exhausted and dispatch has given authorization, select “Fuel not available.”

When this happens, the next screen will prompt you to enter the BoL manually.

Enter BOL

On the BOL screen, enter:

  • The BOL number
  • Gross and net quantities

Note: If you have multiple BOLs they must be entered separately for billing purposes.

Then, tap the photo icon under “BOL Images” and use your device to take a photo of the BOL. Additional images are optional and/or may be added later in the processes.

Tip: Please make sure you are taking a clear photo of the BOL. This is necessary for financial processing!

Select the correct supplier and load code, then enter the following:

  • BOL number
  • Gross gallons
  • Net gallons
  • (Optional) Tap Take Photo to capture the BOL.

Tap Submit.

On the screen that follows, you can tap:

  • View/Edit BOL/Lift to make changes to the BOL
  • Add BOL/Lift to add another BOL
  • Go to Next Pickup to begin trip to another lift location
  • Go To Drop to begin trip to the delivery location

The Drop

Go to Drop

Tap Go to Drop to move forward.

The app will ask if you want to Navigate or Skip directly to the drop screen.

Please Note: If you select “Navigate,” the directions provided on screen are supplied by Google Maps and do not include hazmat, weight, or height restrictions in the recommended route. Please use the route that is appropriate for your vehicle!

Drop Screen

When you've arrived at the drop location, tap Drop for the product(s) being delivered.

For each product drop, you must enter:

  • Pre and Post Fuel Dips
  • Pre and Post Water Dips
  • Drop Quantities

Tap Proceed to return to the Drop Screen.

What if there's a Retain?

If you are retaining the full load, tap Retain.

If you are retaining a compartment, drop and document as normal and tap Proceed.

Whether you have indicated a Retain or the app has detected a Retain based on the amount dropped, you'll see a “Fuel Remaining” alert.

You'll then be prompted to enter the gross quantity retained and select a Retain Reason from the dropdown menu.

Tap Complete Drop to finish.

Dispatch will receive a notification of the Retain, and the Retained Load will appear as a Pre-Loaded Order in your Pending tab.

Depending on workflow, you may also need to tap the “Signature” and “Drop Images” photo icons to capture relevant paperwork at the drop site.

Tap Complete Drop.

Closing out the Load

Once the Drop is complete, two additional steps may be required before the load is fully considered “Completed” in the system.

Additional Services

Scroll through the Additional Services screen that follows to select and specify additional services incurred during the delivery.

Tap Submit to finish.

Drop Ticket

You may be prompted to generate the drop ticket for the delivery.

If you click Yes, you will have the option to print the Drop Ticket using a Bluetooth or Wifi printer.

Tip: The system will default to the last printer used. If you are unsure which printer to select, most in-vehicle Bluetooth printers have a serial number on the back. The last four digits of the serial number should match a connected printer.

Completed Deliveries

Once the delivery has been fully completed, it will appear in the Completed tab.

Tip: If the load is marked as Completed when your device is offline, red text will indicate that the delivery is pending full or partial sync with the server. It will sync automatically when your device reconnects.

Missed Deliveries

“Missed Deliveries” don't necessarily indicate a load that was not delivered; it refers to loads where the workflow was not completed in the app.

To resolve a missed delivery, locate it in the Missed tab and tap Complete.

Fill in all required information, including the Start and End times for both Pickup and Drop.

Upload any required images and tap Complete Drop.

End Shift

To let Dispatch know you are finished with your day, tap End Shift.
