Improvements & Enhancements Bug Fixes What's Next for Supply and Logistics

 

These updates will be available in the Titan Logistics (TFX) platform after Thursday, April 2 at 2 AM EST. No action is required on your end (unless noted). 

Please note the Titan Logistics (TFX) platform has a maintenance window of up to two hours. Inventory readings will be unavailable during this time.

 

 

Improvements & Enhancements

Accessorial Fees: We are removing the mandatory requirement for “Customer” when configuring Accessorial Tables. 

Driver Mobile App - The app will display the terminal address associated with the lift point on both the Mobile Load Acceptance screen and the driver printout. Additionally, drivers may enter pre and post tank dips using a selectable unit of measure (UOM) without requiring a tank chart to be uploaded. 

Driver Mobile App - Lift Ticket: We're adding Pre/Post Dip and Water readings to the lift ticket print-out, and we are adjusting the columns to list Product, Volume, and Load Code in that order. 

Invoicing: We are adding a new Accessorial Fee for Freight Adjustment.

Load Review (New Supply Management module only): We are adding bulk selection and filtering to the External Transactions screen.

Bug Fixes

No bug fixes have been scheduled for this release but may be addressed as needed.

Note: Customer-specific support & integration items are excluded from this list 

 

 

What's Next for Supply and Logistics

Here’s a preview of enhancements in upcoming cycles: 

Q1 2026

  • Supply Management & Invoicing Enhancements: Early adopters of the new Supply Management module can now dispatch orders without first painstakingly documenting each contract. We are continuing to develop enhancements related to this process, including better Invoicing, Load Code management, and Load Review management. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to learn more and opt in!
