Improvements & Enhancements Bug Fixes What's Next for Compliance & Fuel Analytics

These updates will be available in the Titan Cloud Edge platform after Tuesday, March 10 at 8 PM ET. No action is required on your end (unless noted).

Please note the Titan Cloud Edge platform has a maintenance window of up to 2 hours. Users will not be able to access the software during maintenance; however, ATG data collection and inventory readings will continue.

Improvements & Enhancements

Contact List: We are adding optional columns for Job Title, Organization Name, and External ID.

Reports: We are updating the "Nozzle" report to better support fueling position activity monitoring requirements. In addition to improved logic and clarified column names, the report will be re-named “Nozzle Down.”

Tank Inventory: We are adding days-based runout visibility ("Days to Runout" and "Average Sales") to support UK customer reporting requirements. This new "Days Stock Remaining" feature may be enabled in Account Settings under Inventory Maintenance.

Titan Cloud Go: Users beta testing our new mobile app will now be able to provide signatures in-app. Additionally, we are launching various UI improvements including expanded text fields while typing, adjusted font, margin, and button sizes, and visible thumbnails for photo uploads.

Bug Fixes

Admin Console: We are fixing an issue the Facility Group Setup function is not ordering groups correctly.

Note: Customer-specific support & integration items are excluded from this list.
