How to activate or de-activate contracts

Learn how to enable or disable Supplier and Customer contracts in Titan Logistics.

Locate Contracts Page

Buy-side and Sell-side contracts can be fully or partially activated/deactivated from the Contracts page. 

Locate Contracts Page

Click the Supply Management tile on the Supplier homepage.

Next, select the Contracts tile.

Use the tab toggle to manage Supplier Contracts (buy-side) or Customer Contracts (sell-side).

 

 
 

Use the filters on the Contracts page to locate the Supplier or Customer contract, and click the Contract Name.

Next, open the Contract Details tab.

To deactivate the entire contract as a whole, click the Action button and select Mark Inactive.

To deactivate a single component of the contract (Ship-to Locations, Products, or Lift Points) locate that component on the page and toggle its individual status to Inactive.
