Meter Calibration Entry

From the facility page, click E-Processing and Meter Calibration.
To log a new Meter Calibration record, click Add New, or click the pencil edit icon to update an existing record.
General Information
Enter Date, State or Local LIC#, Calibration Contractor, Contractor Address, City, State.
Check boxes as applicable to label the entry as a Meter Test, Meter Changed/Replaced, or Meter Calibration event.
Select a Calibrator and add Notes if needed.
Note: The Calibrator list is populated with users whose User Role includes the “Meter Calibration Technician” permission. Please see the Meter Calibration Setup article for more information.
Throughput Reset
If applicable, check the box for one or more products to reset throughput values with the current timestamp. Click Add New or Update to save changes and trigger the reset.
Meter Calibration
In this section, Fueling Position, Meter Label, Meter Number, and Product are prepopulated based on Facility Profile setup.
Note: If these values appear incorrect or if no information is populating at all, please review the Meter Calibration Setup article.
Enter the appropriate values in the Test CC or CI (+), Test CC or CI (-), Adjusted to (+) and/or Adjusted to (-) entry fields.
Tip: CC: Cubic Centimeters | CI: Cubic Inches
Click Add New or Update to save changes.
At this point, any activities set to auto-generate based on Meter Calibration events or reached thresholds will be created in the facility's Activity Log.
