Table of Contents
In our July 2026 release, we've enhanced Titan EV's ability to receive and interpret charger errors, improving the accuracy of fault detection and creating the foundation for the all new EV Reset feature.
EV Reset
When enabled for the tenant, the EV Reset feature will monitor for charger errors that may be resolved with a reset. When these errors are detected, the system will automatically perform a reset to restore charger availability without manual intervention.
Tip: Depending on client configuration, soft resets and/or hard resets may be supported.
This action will be automatically tracked as a Task or Work Order.

System Updates
The following system enhancements that provide the foundation for EV Reset are available to all Titan EV clients with no actions necessary to enable.
Rules Engine
More accurate error recognition for chargers from manufacturers including Alpitronic, Heliox, and Zaptec, reducing the chance of errors being misidentified.
Better support for chargers that report multiple errors at the same time, ensuring more complete fault information is captured.
Improved manufacturer recognition, so variations in how charger manufacturers identify themselves no longer affect error matching.
Smarter fallback diagnostics, allowing the platform to provide more meaningful information even when an exact error code isn't recognized.
Enhanced standards compliance through improved alignment with the OCPP 1.6J specification, helping ensure more consistent data processing across supported chargers.
OCPP Ingestor
Enhanced data ingestion for OCPP 1.6J messages, laying the foundation for richer data for PowerBI reports.
OCPI Ingestor
Enhanced protection against duplicate site and asset creation when multiple messages are received simultaneously.
Support for additional address information, including Address Line 2, Address Line 3, and County, when these fields are provided by connected systems.
