Improvements & Enhancements Bug Fixes What's Next for Supply and Logistics

These updates will be available in the Titan Logistics (TFX) platform after Thursday, May 7 at 2 AM EST. No action is required on your end (unless noted).

Please note the Titan Logistics (TFX) platform has a maintenance window of up to two hours. Inventory readings will be unavailable during this time.

Improvements & Enhancements

API Access: We are adding support for API-only user types without access to the web application UI.

Carrier View: We are adding a Dispatch Warning process to validate trailer and carrier assignment constraints and require dispatcher review of violations before the dispatch can be published.

DSB: Fuel Type override will be permitted in the DSB workbench.

Forecasting: Logic is being adjusted to address artificial sales spikes caused by deliveries being entered outside of the available inventory reading window.

Invoice Status: A standard invoice status flow will be implemented: Scheduled > Delivered > Reviewing > Approved for Back Office > Sent for Back Office

Load ID: A single Load ID will be generated at order creation time, regardless of the order type. This will be the single universal identifier and replace Confirmation ID in relevant workflows in the web application and mobile app.

QuickBooks Integration: Adding "QB RepCode" mapping

Bug Fixes

No specific bug fixes have been scheduled for this release but may be addressed as needed.

Note: Customer-specific support & integration items are excluded from this list

What's Next for Supply and Logistics

Here’s a preview of enhancements in upcoming cycles:

Logistics Release 26.09 (05/21/2026)

  • Forecasting: We are adjusting logic to consider Static Usage as the last fallback rather than the first.
  • Fuel Types: We are making adjustments to prevent "unlike" fuel products and distinct blends from auto-combining.
  • Preference & Feature Settings: We are adding configuration options for the Load Review screen and AR/AP Freight Rate visibility control.

Q2 2026

  • Supply Management & Invoicing Enhancements:We are continuing to refine the new Supply Management module to include better Invoicing, Load Code management, and Load Review management. Early adopters are taking advantage of single source-of-truth screens with mass editing capabilities, support for location-level load codes, defaulting of terminal suppliers and load codes, and intuitive invoicing workflows.
