Improvements & Enhancements
Buy Contracts: Load Code will be made optional and the "Product" field will be updated to "Fuel Type" for site-wide consistency. Additional enhancements will be made to better support the Lift Point model and improve transparency of contract configuration.
Carrier Assignment: Carrier Assignment will be moved from the Fuel Type level to the Product level. Carrier eligibility will apply to all fuel types within the assigned product family by default.
Credit Hold: We are expanding Credit Hold functionality to the Location level.
Dispatch + Supply Management: We are improving DSB functionality for customers utilizing the new Supply Management module by continually removing dependencies based on contract assignment.
Driver DSB: Selecting a driver will automatically assign them into the first available load position for that driver.
Invoicing + Supply Management: We are adding Profit/Loss (P/L) columns to the Invoicing page in the new Supply Management module.
Product Type: We will classify ethanol fuel types as a new Product Type called “Flex Fuels.”
Bug Fixes
Freight Invoicing: We are fixing an issue where the "Demurrage Fee Terminal - Charge Customer" option is not applying correctly to manually generated invoices.
Tank Upload: We are resolving an issue where creating tanks via bulk upload can result in invalid Fuel Types for the designated Product Family.
Note: Customer-specific support & integration items are excluded from this list
What's Next for Supply and Logistics
Here’s a preview of enhancements in upcoming cycles:
Logistics Release 26.05 (04/02/2026)
- Accessorial Fees: We are removing the mandatory requirement for “Customer” when configuring Accessorial Tables.
- Driver Mobile App - The app will display the terminal address associated with the lift point on both the Mobile Load Acceptance screen and the driver printout. Additionally, drivers may enter pre and post tank dips using a selectable unit of measure (UOM) without requiring a tank chart to be uploaded.
- Driver Mobile App - Lift Ticket: We're adding Pre/Post Dip and Water readings to the lift ticket print-out, and we are adjusting the columns to list Product, Volume, and Load Code in that order.
- Invoicing: We are adding a new Accessorial Fee for Freight Adjustment.
- Load Review (New Supply Management module only): We are adding bulk selection and filtering to the External Transactions screen.
Q1 2026
- Supply Management & Invoicing Enhancements: Early adopters of the new Supply Management module can now dispatch orders without first painstakingly documenting each contract. We are continuing to develop enhancements related to this process, including better Invoicing, Load Code management, and Load Review management.
