These updates will be available in the Titan Logistics (TFX) platform after Thursday, July 16 at 2 AM EST. No action is required on your end (unless noted).
Please note the Titan Logistics (TFX) platform has a maintenance window of up to two hours. Inventory readings will be unavailable.
Improvements & Enhancements
Bulk Management: A new Location Update page will be added for bulk updates at the customer location level.
Buyer Portal: The Location search function will support flexible text input ("fuzzy matching") in addition to exact location names. Buyers will also be able to backdate fuel requests when applicable.
Dispatch Regions: A new field for External Ref ID will be added.
DSB: A new toggle to enable multi-location assignment will allow dispatchers to control whether multiple locations are assigned as separate load positions or a single split delivery/multi-location tank wagon load.
Inventory Details: The filter set for Inventory Details will be standardized and expanded to improve usability and operational efficiency. This will include multi-select dropdowns, Select All and Clear All options, and new filters for Channels of Trade, Last Poll, and more.
Runout Alerts: We are enhancing the logic for the runout alert email workflow to ensure the correct recipients are identified and notified.
Trailer-Compartment Validation: A new client-level setting may be enabled to run load validation based on trailer or carrier proxy.
User Roles: The Dispatcher role will be updated to support region-based access restrictions.
Bug Fixes
No specific bug fixes have been scheduled for this release but may be addressed as needed.

What's Next for Supply and Logistics
Here’s a preview of enhancements in upcoming cycles:
TFX Release 26.13 (07/30/2026)
- DSB: We are cleaning up the Dispatch Notes and Delivery-Level fields to reduce duplicate data entry.
- DSB Summary: A new Dispatch Summary Scorecard will help dispatchers quickly review items such as runout risk, unassigned loads, unpublished loads, missed loads, available drivers/trailers, etc.
- Ease of Use: We are adding advanced filtering, bulk deletion capabilities, and a simplified landing page to the Fuel Surcharge and Freight Rate pages.
- Forecasting: We are adjusting logic as it relates to zero usage and estimated usage.
- Load Review: Invoice time pickers will support 24-hour time entry and keyboard shortcuts. Additionally, we are adding support for invoice validation status workflows to this page.
- User Roles: A new role will be added that may only view delivery ETAs for their region.
Q3 2026
- Invoicing (in beta): Early adopters are taking advantage of automated invoice generation and management integrated with Dispatch, Load Code Management, and Load Review. Multiple initiatives are underway to create an even more seamless experience including simplified setup and editing, more intuitive fee tables, and even more automated workflows.
- Best Buy Optimization (in progress): We are introducing AI-driven sourcing intelligence to our Best Buy feature to recommend the best strategic lift opportunity for each delivery by fuel price, supplier-terminal-contract allocation commitments, remaining term volumes, freight cost to lift, and freight cost to deliver.
- Ease of Use (in progress): We are making improvements site-wide to simplify day-to-day operations, and we are building centralized global screens to review and manage critical data in bulk.
