Improvements & Enhancements Bug Fixes What's Next for Supply and Logistics

These updates will be available in the Titan Logistics (TFX) platform after Thursday, August 13 at 2 AM EST. No action is required on your end (unless noted).

Please note the Titan Logistics (TFX) platform has a maintenance window of up to two hours. Inventory readings will be unavailable.

Improvements & Enhancements

API: The "GetTankReadings" API endpoint will return results standardized with how they are presented in the web app.

Back Office Integrations: We will be supporting Back Office ERP export workflows from the Load Review screen.

Best Buy: A new "Suppress from Best Buy" checkbox will flag locations to exclude from Best Buy processing.

Driver Mobile App: Fee entry in the driver app will match how fees are configured in the web app. For example, if "Flat Fee" is configured, a driver will be presented with a checkbox only. If "Per Hour" is configured, an "Hours" field supporting decimals, will be presented.

Ease of Use: We are standardizing advanced filtering, bulk deletion capabilities, location selection, and a simplified landing page for the Freight Rate pages.

Invoicing: When an invoice is submitted, the system will perform a check to determine whether an invoice already exists for the load, preventing duplicates.

Load Review: EIA price will be calculated using the Start BOL Date/Time.

Surcharge Tables: We are adding support for backdating surcharge tables.

Bug Fixes

No specific bug fixes have been scheduled for this release but may be addressed as needed.

Note: Customer-specific support & integration items are excluded from this list

What's Next for Supply and Logistics

Here’s a preview of enhancements in upcoming cycles:

TFX Release 26.15 (08/27/2026)

  • API: The "CreateUpdateOrders" endpoint will support additional time value formats.
  • Carrier Assignment: The "My Carrier" page will be updated to better support both Fully Carrier Managed and Partial Carrier Managed assignments.
  • Driver Retain: A new company-level setting will allow customers to enable or disable the Driver Retain workflow. This setting will also apply to the Driver Mobile App.
  • DSB: A new warning message will alert users dispatching loads for a previous date.
  • Inventory Details: New Action options for Delivery Requests and Manual Dip Entry, and a new Tank Level visual indicator will provide at-a-glance understanding of inventory levels.

Q3 2026

  • Invoicing (in beta): Early adopters are taking advantage of automated invoice generation and management integrated with Dispatch, Load Code Management, and Load Review. Multiple initiatives are underway to create an even more seamless experience including simplified setup and editing, more intuitive fee tables, and even more automated workflows.
  • Best Buy Optimization (in progress): We are introducing AI-driven sourcing intelligence to our Best Buy feature to recommend the best strategic lift opportunity for each delivery by fuel price, supplier-terminal-contract allocation commitments, remaining term volumes, freight cost to lift, and freight cost to deliver.
  • Ease of Use (in progress): We are making improvements site-wide to simplify day-to-day operations, and we are building centralized global screens to review and manage critical data in bulk.

Note: Roadmap items are subject to change.
