These updates will be available in the Titan Cloud Edge platform after Tuesday, April 7 at 8 PM ET. No action is required on your end (unless noted).
Please note the Titan Cloud Edge platform has a maintenance window of up to 2 hours. Users will not be able to access the software during maintenance; however, ATG data collection and inventory readings will continue.
Improvements & Enhancements
Data Import: We are adding "NEO Site ID" and "NEO Tank ID" fields to bulk import processes. We are also improving how country and state/province fields are validated.
End User Agreement: We updated the Titan Cloud End User Agreement on March 30. You may review a copy here.
Reports: We are also adding a "Truck Mileage" column to the Work Order Summary (All Details) report.
Bug Fixes
Alarm Triage: We are resolving an issue where Cross Delivery alarms are not displaying Device ID/Description as expected.
Data Import Template: Facility Group will update as expected for the selected facility.
Note: Customer-specific support & integration items are excluded from this list.
What's Next for Compliance & Fuel Analytics
Here’s a preview of enhancements in upcoming cycles:
Edge Release 26.08 (04/21/2026)
- Activity Log: An optional column for State will be added and column selections will be retained.
- ATG Configuration: We are removing the option to configure polling via Dial Up Modem.
- Reports: A new report will compare Release Detection results entered manually vs. polled from the ATG.
Q2 2026
- ATG Configuration Sync: We are working towards an initiative to apply configuration details polled from a site's ATG to eligible UI baseline fields site wide including Tanks, Probes, Line Setup, Sensor Setup, and Facility Profile.
- NEW Mobile App: Our new mobile app for Advanced Facility Inspections, Titan Cloud Go is live and will be rolling out to users. Learn more about our new app here!
- Titan Maintenance: We are working on a seamless integration between Titan Cloud Edge and Titan Maintenance. More information to come!
