New & Improved Bug Fixes

New & Improved

Alarm Dashboard: The color coding logic for the SLA Status column has been adjusted to improve compliance tracking, and now reflects when the alarm was first acknowledged.

  • Yellow Triangle: The alarm is new, unacknowledged, and still within the SLA response time frame.
  • Red Triangle: The SLA response deadline passed before the alarm was acknowledged OR the SLA response deadline has passed and the alarm has not yet been acknowledged.
  • Dark Green Checkmark: The alarm was updated from “New” to any other status within the SLA response time frame.

Regulatory Inspections: Users can now choose to enable or disable email notifications when a Regulatory Inspection has been updated or created. These new settings are available in the User Profile. 

Bug Fixes

Activity Log Notifications: We fixed an issue where Activity Log notifications were not successfully disabling when user notification preferences were updated. 

Alarm Dashboard: We fixed an issue where the Alarm Dashboard was incorrectly displaying inactive alarms with an “Alarm Occurred” status and an issue where users were unable to mass update more than 50 records at once.

Facility Profile: We fixed an issue where users were seeing an error message when loading Facility Profiles.

Important Dates: We fixed an issue where file uploads were displaying incorrect dates, and an issue where the page footer was not loading correctly in full-screen mode.

Important Dates Upload: We fixed an issue where users were unable to successfully import files using the Important Dates Upload module. 

 

*Items marked with an asterisk were pushed to production in a hotfix prior to the April 15, 2025 release.
