The Delivery Workbench is a new fuel insight tool in Titan Cloud Edge built to support existing SIRA, Wetstock Live, and Inventory Variance HD functionality. This feature supports reliable tank charting by enabling users to identify and reconcile discrepancies between delivery events recorded in the ATG at the facility and those captured in terminal delivery data.
In this module, Delivery refers to the event where a tanker truck delivers fuel to one or more underground storage tanks at a facility.
There are two primary sources used to track deliveries:
- Facility Deliveries: Based on Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) and sales data, these detect changes in tank levels to infer deliveries.
- Terminal Deliveries: Based on records from the fuel terminal, such as Bills of Lading (BOL) or delivery invoices.
Discrepancies often arise between these sources due to factors such as temperature variation, incorrect tank filling, or losses. The system aims to match both records within a tolerance range and highlight any mismatches.
Why do Matched Deliveries Matter?
A high volume of accurately matched deliveries is essential for enabling reliable Tank Gauge Calibration (TGC). While delivery matching is a key reconciliation activity, its true value lies in forming the foundation for generating precise strapping charts, which define the relationship between tank levels and actual fuel volume.
Accurate TGC can only be performed when sufficient matched delivery data is available, allowing the system to analyze trends and calibrate tank readings effectively. This, in turn, improves the accuracy of inventory tracking, variance detection, and operational reporting.
To perform TGC effectively, the HD Inventory Variance application requires:
- At least 10 matched deliveries within the review period.
- A minimum of 3 months of clean, reliable delivery and tank level data.
- Visible tank levels across a range of volumes (ideally from near-empty to near-full).
When these conditions are met, particularly with many accurately matched deliveries — the TGC algorithm can:
- Detect consistent relationships between measured tank levels and actual delivered volumes.
- Generate new strapping charts, replacing outdated or incorrect calibration data.
- Improve the accuracy of inventory tracking, variance alarms, and compliance reporting.
Note that fewer matched deliveries, or unreliable data due to probe or temperature issues, often lead to TGC being deferred or rejected.
Navigate to Delivery Workbench
Global Menu
To locate the Delivery Workbench page, click the nine dots to open the global menu. Under Fuel Management, click Delivery Workbench.

Facility Inventory Variance
Delivery Workbench may also be accessed via the Deliveries pop out on the facility-level Inventory Variance screen.
In the Results grid, click a value in the Deliveries column to open the Deliveries pop out.

Then, click a value in the Matched Delivery column to open Delivery Workbench in a new browser tab.

Parameters Panel
The collapsible panel on the left side of the screen determines which Locations, Facility Groups, Facilities, and timeframe are used to populate the data in the Dashboard and associated grids.
Tip: You must make a selection and click Go to apply selected parameters for results to appear in the Delivery Workbench, Facility Deliveries, or Terminal Deliveries grids.

Dashboard Tab
The dashboard offers a 6-month history of match statuses.

The Monthly Match Status Summary provides a breakdown of the count of Site Detected deliveries that have been observed in the filtered range the user has selected and can be classified as the following:
- Auto Matched: The system automatically matched the site delivery to a terminal delivery.
- Manual Match: A user has manually matched the site delivery via the delivery workbench module.
- Not Matched: No terminal delivery is matched to the detected site delivery
Users can click on data bars to expand data for detailed review or reporting purposes. This will open the Delivery Workbench in a new browser tab containing the selected data.

Delivery Workbench Tab
On the Delivery Workbench tab, users can review both matched and unmatched deliveries and make necessary changes or edits to these matches. Matched deliveries are highlighted in green rows, while unmatched deliveries remain unhighlighted.

The Delivery Workbench relies on the following definitions:
- Facility Deliveries: Deliveries as detected by the ATG.
- Terminal Deliveries: Deliveries as provided by the fuel supplier in a Bill of Lading or similar documentation.
Facility and Terminal Delivery details can be explored or managed in the grid. A description of each column is listed below.

Create or Edit a Match
To make changes to an existing match, click the pencil edit icon in the "Manage" column. To create a new match, click the plus sign add icon. If you are matching a new delivery, it will automatically move to the “matching” section in the workbench.

Add the corresponding delivery required to complete the match by “adding” it to the matching fields:

Once the required deliveries are ready for matching, click Save. The match will be complete.
Tip: Newly created matches show as “Manual Match (pending)” until the next processing cycle.
Unmatch Deliveries
To unmatch a delivery, click the pencil edit icon in the "Manage" column. Then, in the Edit Match modal, click unmatch.

Click Yes to confirm.

You will still be required to remove the deliveries that require unmatching for the unmatch to continue.

Facility Deliveries Tab
The grid in this tab compiles delivery data as detected by the site's ATG. The current workflow retrieves this data from files provided by the client rather than directly from the ATG.
In the Facility Deliveries grid, users can:
- Review ATG-detected deliveries at the facility
- Access Tank Gauge Configuration (TGC) sales data and event logs
- Filter and export delivery data
- Manage matches directly from the grid

Terminal Deliveries Tab
The grid in this tab compiles deliveries as documented by the supplier.
In the Terminal Deliveries tab, users can:
- Review deliveries reported by terminals
- Access delivery details such as truck IDs and terminal site info
- Filter/export terminal records
- Create new terminal delivery entries if needed
- Match or unmatch
- Edit unmatched terminal deliveries
Add New Terminal Delivery
Users can also manually create new terminal deliveries if needed. To do this, click the + New button.

Complete all the required fields and click Save.

Edit Existing Terminal Delivery
To edit an existing terminal delivery, click the pencil edit icon in the Edit column.
Tip: Only unmatched deliveries can be edited from this tab.

Match or Unmatch
Just like in the Delivery Workbench tab, Terminal Deliveries can be matched or unmatched from this grid in the Match column. To add a new match, click the plus sign icon. To edit an existing match, click the pencil edit icon.
Configuration Tab
The Configuration tab allows users to set or adjust delivery threshold limits.
Tip: By default, threshold limits are set to 20% and may be customized as more data is reviewed.

Create a new Configuration
To add a new threshold, click the + New button. Enter all required details and click Save.

Edit Existing Configurations
To edit one or more thresholds, click the checkmark(s) in the far left column and click the Edit button.

Make updates as needed and click Save.
