Table of Contents
Note: The alarms included in the Dashboard widgets are currently managed on the backend by our software engineering team. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to discuss changes.
The enhanced facility dashboard contains a variety of widgets to help users investigate exceptions in greater detail, supporting more effective issue diagnosis and resolution.
Tip: Facility Dashboard widgets apply automatic unit conversion when applicable.
To configure your preferred units of measurement, click the arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the screen and select Unit & Language Preferences.

To locate and open the Dashboard for a specific facility, first navigate to that facility.
Locate a Facility
If you have access to multiple facilities, the top center of every page will contain the Facility Search. This search bar allows you to locate a specific facility by name or internal ID.
The icon at the right of the search bar opens the Advanced Facility Search. This allows you to narrow search with additional terms such as Facility Status, Facility Group, Country, State, Regional Compliance Manager, IP Address, and more.

You may also use the Facility List to view, filter, sort, and navigate to facilities using an interactive grid.
To access this page, click the nine dots to open the global menu and under Home, select Facility List.

In the left-side navigation menu for the facility, click Dashboard.

The data contained in the widgets shown depends on the date range selected in the dropdown at the top left of the screen.
The order the widgets are presented depends on the View selected in the dropdown at the top center of the screen.
