The enhanced facility dashboard contains a variety of widgets to help users investigate exceptions in greater detail, supporting more effective issue diagnosis and resolution.

Tip: Facility Dashboard widgets apply automatic unit conversion when applicable.

To configure your preferred units of measurement, click the arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the screen and select Unit & Language Preferences.

To locate and open the Dashboard for a specific facility, first navigate to that facility.

Locate a Facility

If you have access to multiple facilities, the top center of every page will contain the Facility Search. This search bar allows you to locate a specific facility by name or internal ID.

The icon at the right of the search bar opens the Advanced Facility Search. This allows you to narrow search with additional terms such as Facility Status, Facility Group, Country, State, Regional Compliance Manager, IP Address, and more.

You may also use the Facility List to view, filter, sort, and navigate to facilities using an interactive grid.

To access this page, click the nine dots to open the global menu and under Home, select Facility List.

In the left-side navigation menu for the facility, click Dashboard.

The data contained in the widgets shown depends on the date range selected in the dropdown at the top left of the screen.

The order the widgets are presented depends on the View selected in the dropdown at the top center of the screen.

Tip: Check out the Grid Views article for more information on managing Views!

Facility Dashboard Widgets

Facility Overview

The Facility Overview widget provides a high-level look at the facility configuration, latest readings, and trend analysis summary.

Tip: The Data Processing Delay value refers to the amount of delay in hours.

Trend Period:

  • Red Triangle:  'Late Trend Warning 7+ Days': If the Trend Period End is > 7 days from yesterday's date
  • Orange Triangle: 'Delayed Trend Warning 2-6 Days': If the Trend Period End is between 2-6 days from Yesterday's date

If Trend Period Days are less than 30, the color of the count will be red.

Trend Result:

  • Inconclusive= Orange bold text
  • Pass= Green bold text
  • Fail= Red bold text

Trend results will hyperlink to the inventory variance results for the selected tank result.

Active Alarms

The Active Alarms widget shows current active (unacknowledged) and active acknowledged alarms.

Alarm History

This graphic displays the facility's alarm history for the time frame specified at the top of the Dashboard page.

Hover over any section to view the count and percentage. Click any section of the graphic to slide out a grid detailing the selected alarm's history.

Tank Trends

The Tank Trends widget displays current and historical fuel, water, and temperature measurements across one or more tank systems at the facility.

This widget defaults to displaying tank volume for the previous 30 days, however users can select different trends, tanks, limits, and date ranges using the dropdown menus at the top of the widget.

Key Trends:

  • Volume – All tank volumes (if multiple available)
  • Fuel Volume – Fuel volume only
  • Water Level – Tank water level only
  • Level – All levels (if multiple available)
  • Fuel Volume & Temperature – Volume and temperature on separate scales
  • Fuel Level & Temperature – Level and temperature on separate scales

TGC Status

Quickly view and expand on the Tank Gauge Calibration (TGC) status for the site. Note that many other widgets require TGC for successful functionality.

Hover over any section to view the count and percentage. Click into any section to slide out a grid detailing the status history for the selected TCG (Applied or Not Applied).

Clicking View History will slide out a grid detailing all historical TGC applied to the facility.

Meter Map

The Meter Map widget (previously Hose to Fuel System Mapping HTFS) displays the meter to tank to fueling position setup for the facility.

Tank Level vs Volume

For identifying Native Strapping Chart (NSC) changes, the Tank Level vs Volume widget is used for diagnostic purposes for these investigations

Users can filter the displayed data by tank and date range using the dropdown menus at the top of the widget.

Clicking into the data will expand a detailed data report.

Transactions by Product

This graphic represents transactions by product on a percentage sold basis.

Hover over any section to view the count and percentage. Click into any section to slide out grid detailing transactions for the selected product.

Blend Ratio (North America Only)

The Blend Ratio widget represents the blend ratio variance at the facility level. The current blend ratio and calculated blend ratio derived from sales is compared and shown as either Pass or Fail for quick investigation purposes.

Hover over any section to view the count and percentage. Click into any section to slide out a grid detailing the selected blends.

Inventory vs Sales

The Inventory vs Sales widget focuses on the Sudden Loss Alarm, and provides a visualization of the relationship between sales and inventory drop.

ATG Deliveries are included in this widget to assist with identifying if there is excessive float movement associated with deliveries, and Inventory Volume is included to pinpoint if an issue exists in a specific area of a tank.

Dropdown menus at the top of the widget allow users to select a tank, frequency (hourly or daily), and date range (max 31 days). The Sudden Loss toggle will highlight sudden loss events.

Bar Chart

  • Initial Sales: The raw sales which were originally received
  • Current Sales: The raw sales AND any additional late sales which have been processed
  • Inventory Drop: The volume change between the open and close inventory, with deliveries excluded
  • ATG Dels: The calculated delivery volume

Line Chart

  • Inventory: The close inventory for the date/time

Hover over data points in the chart to view details. Clicking a data point will slide out a grid containing detailed information.

Sales

The Sales widget offers a visual summary of the total Nozzle Sales and Missing Sales (where available) volumes and counts for the selected period.

  • Nozzle Sales: Total volume and count of nozzle sales across all products.
  • Missing Sales (not available for North America): Total volume and count of missing sales across all products.

Clicking Nozzle Sales will slide out a grid containing a detailed breakdown by fueling position and meter to assist with theft investigations.

QTA

This widget represents the Quiet Time Assessment, which assesses movement in tank during periods of no sales. Any movement during this period could be due to temperature fluctuation or a leak.

Users can select a tank and date range at the top of the widget.

Hover over any point in the line graph to view timestamped details, and hover over triangles to see test start/end and volume change detected.

Triangle Color Coding:

  • Green: Pass
  • Yellow: Inconclusive
  • Red: Fail

Facility Flow Rate Summary (Europe Only)

This widget displays flow rates across all meters at the facility over a 16-day period.

  • No Flow: No recorded flow or no recorded flow rate data snapshot is available.
    • Meters with < 40 sales in the 16-day window are considered “no flow”
  • Slow Flow: Below the configurable threshold by up to 10%
  • Very Slow Flow: Exceeds 10% below the configurable threshold
  • Above Threshold: Meters above set flow threshold

Clicking a result will slide out a grid containing a detailed breakdown by fueling position and meter for that flow rate result.

Facility Flow Rate Chart (Europe Only)

The Facility Flow Rate line chart can display Flow Rate by Product, Position, or Meter. Users may also choose to view Average Sale Count or Average Dispensed using the dropdown menu at the top right of the widget.

Hovering overing the graph will highlight selected points. Clicking data points will expand a detailed summary.
