Global Dashboard Overview
Learn to use the widgets in the Global Dashboard ("My Dashboard") to explore insights across multiple facilities.

Note: The alarms included in the Dashboard widgets are currently managed on the backend by our software engineering team. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to discuss changes.
The Global Dashboard ("My Dashboard") contains a variety of widgets designed to allow users to explore insights, events, alerts, and trends across a network, group, or site(s).
Tip: Global Dashboard widgets apply automatic unit conversion when applicable.
To configure your preferred units of measurement, click the arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the screen and select Unit & Language Preferences.

Navigate to Global Dashboard
Click the nine dots in the top left corner of the screen to open the global menu. Under Home, click My Dashboard.

Parameters & Views
The collapsible panel on the left side of the screen determines which Locations, Facility Groups, Products, Facilities, and Timeframe are used to populate the data in the Dashboard widgets and associated grids.

The order the widgets are presented depends on the View selected in the dropdown at the top center of the screen.

Global Dashboard Widgets
Flow Rate Summary (Europe Only)
The Flow Rate Summary widget allows users to quickly identify the latest network flow rate exceptions.

The displayed results are based on a 16-day window.
-
No Flow: No recorded flow rate
- Meters with <40 sales in the measurement window are considered “no flow.”
- Slow Flow: Below the configurable threshold by up to 10%
- Very Slow Flow: Exceeds 10% below the configurable threshold
Clicking a result will slide out a grid containing a detailed breakdown by fueling position and meter for further review or export.

Blend Status (North America Only)
The Blend Status widget represents the blend ratio variance at a global level. The current blend ratio and calculated blend ratio derived from sales is compared and shown as either Pass or Fail for quick investigation purposes.

Clicking on a value in the widget will slide open a grid detailing the Active (by site) or Failed (by meter) results.
TGC Status
This graphic displays the Tank Gauge Calibration (TGC) status across sites. Note that the functionality of several other widgets depend on TGC.
Hover over any section to view the count and percentage. Click into any section to slide out a grid detailing the status history for the selected TCG (Applied or Not Applied).
Clicking View History will slide out a grid detailing all historical TGC within the designated parameters.

Active Alarms
The Active Alarms widget provides a global summary of all active alarms across the network. Users can quickly drill into active or active acknowledged alarms to view the network level exceptions.

Clicking a value in the widget will slide out a grid detailing the history for the selected alarm type. Users may also open the Alarm Dashboard in a new tab to triage the selected active alarms by clicking the Go To Screen icon at the top right.

Alarm History
This graphic displays the history of closed alarm types within the designated parameters.
Hover over any section to view the count and percentage. Click into any section to slide out a grid detailing the selected alarm's history.

Trend Age
The Trend Age widget displays current, delayed and late trend results within the designated parameters.
Hover over any section to view the count and percentage. Click into any section to slide out a grid detailing the selected trend age.

- Delayed: A trend that has not been updated in the last 5-10 days
- Late: A trend that has not been updated in 11+ days
- No Trend: No trend has been recorded for fuel system
Current Inventory Variance Results
The Current Inventory Variance Results widget displays results by Pass, Fail and Inconclusive. The total count of results is displayed in the center of the widget.
Hover over any section to view the count and percentage. Click into any section to slide out a grid detailing the result category.
