Manage Container Waste Orders
Learn how to use the Container Waste module to schedule and document removal of waste.

The Container Waste module allows clients to arrange for and properly document removal of waste containers for RCRA Compliance.
Click the nine dots to open the main menu. Under Compliance, select Container Waste.
Create Order
To add a new order for drum pickup or delivery, click Add New.

Selecting the Facility Name in the dropdown menu will automatically populate the preferred Transportation Vendor set in the Container Waste configuration settings when applicable.
Drum Pickup
Click Add Waste Type to specify the type of waste and number of drums for pickup. You can continue to click Add Waste Type to include additional drums in the order.
Drum Drop-off
Specify the number of Close-Top or Open-Top replacement drums for delivery.
Pickup Details
Select a preferred date. If no vendor has been automatically selected based on the facility, one must be selected here.
Tip: Vendors must be created following the instructions in the Container Waste Vendor Setup article to appear in this dropdown list.
Documentation
Click or drag and drop to upload one or more relevant files, or take a photo with your mobile device! Click Upload File to confirm.
When ready, click Submit Order.
Manage Orders
You can monitor the status of orders from the Container Waste page.
On a desktop web browser, requests appear in a grid. On mobile, requests are listed as tiles. To view details or manage an order, click the pencil edit icon in the grid or tap the tile.

Details are organized into two tabs: General and Containers.
Make updates as needed and click Submit Order to save.
