Vendor Guide: Container Waste
Learn to use the Vendor-facing features in the Container Waste module.
The Container Waste module allows clients to arrange for and properly document removal of waste containers for RCRA Compliance. As a vendor, you can use this module to easily track requests for drum pickup and drop off easily on the go.
When you are added to Titan Cloud, you'll receive an email containing your login information.

Tip: We recommend saving the login URL to a bookmark or shortcut on your desktop or mobile web browser.
When a pickup or drop off is requested by a Titan Cloud client, you'll receive an email notification.

Depending on how your account was configured, you may automatically see the Container Waste page when you log in. If not, you may navigate to it by tapping the nine dots at the top left to open the main menu and selecting Container Waste.

On a desktop web browser, requests appear in a grid. On mobile, requests are listed as tiles. To view details and manage an order, click the pencil edit icon in the grid or tap the tile.

Details are organized into two tabs: General and Containers.
Make updates as needed and click Submit Order to save.
Tip: As a vendor, you will most likely only need to make updates to the Date Picked Up, Status, Vendor Confirmed, and Notes fields. You can also take a photo with your mobile device to add to the documents section!
