Overview How to Identify Scheduled Tasks Key Points

Overview

Scheduled Tasks in Titan Maintenance are tasks that are pre-planned to occur at regular or predefined intervals. When a scheduled program is in place, the system will automatically generate these tasks. It is the supplier’s responsibility to update the status of each task upon completion or attendance.

These tasks can be viewed in the  Task Summary Page, where they will be clearly labeled as Scheduled. Each task includes all relevant details required for tracking and managing the scheduled service.

How to Identify Scheduled Tasks

To quickly locate and manage Scheduled Tasks, click the Change Columns & Additional Filters icon at the top right of the grid, then click the filter icon next to Type in the dropdown menu.

In the Incident Type search field, search for and select Scheduled Tasks.

Then, click Add & Apply filter.

Tip: Click the Save icon to save this filter configuration for next time!

Additional columns that may help identify scheduled tasks include:

  • Template Name: This filter indicates the type or nature of the scheduled task. For example, it may reference tasks like 'Monthly HVAC Maintenance' or 'Quarterly Fire Alarm Test.'
  • Scheduled Commence Date: This refers to the date the contractor is expected to attend and perform the task.

Key Points

·        Scheduled Tasks are automatically created by the system as per the configured schedule.

·        Suppliers must update the task status to reflect attendance and completion.

·        Task details will contain all necessary information for review and execution.

·        Use the filters effectively for efficient task tracking and visibility.
