Learn the basics of logging in and navigating the Titan Maintenance software platform

Log In
To sign in to Titan Maintenance, navigate to the log in page and provide your username and password.

Reset Password
If you don't know your username or password, click Forgotten Details on the login page and follow instructions to receive a password reset link by email.

Please note, the system operates with a 3 stage account lock process:
- Password entered incorrectly 5 times = locked out for 60 minutes
- Password entered incorrecty another 5 times after the 60 minutes lock out = locked out for 120 minutes
- Password entered incorrectly once after the 120 lock out = locked out indefinitely until an admin member manually unlocked the account
Menus & Navigation
Main Menu
Most navigation in the Urgent platform is managed from the main menu at the header.

Sidebar Menu
The sidebar menu accessed by clicking the three lines in the top left corner of the screen is a fully customizable list of shortcuts.

The sidebar menu is managed in the User Profile.

User Profile
Click the person User Profile icon at the top right of the screen to manage contact details, password, language, homepage, and sidebar configuration.

Customize Tasks Summary
Unless another homepage has been selected in the User Profile, the default landing page is the Tasks Summary.
Tip: In some tenants, this page is called the Work Order Summary. It is the same page, but has a customized title.
The data on this page may be customized by managing columns and filters. The video below demonstrates how to display additional columns, apply filters, and save a custom filter.

You may also choose to subscribe to a custom or standard saved filter. This will create a report of the selected filtered tasks and send it by email at the frequency of your choosing.
