Contractor / Supplier Administration
Learn how to manage external Contractors or Suppliers in Titan Maintenance
Table of Contents
In Titan Maintenance, Contractors are the external parties that provide maintenance services and complete work order tasks.
Depending on the permissions granted to the User Type, Management users and Contractor Admins can manage details, settings, notifications, and subcontractor/subsidiary relationships from the Contractor module.
Note: Depending on how the client account is configured, this module may be called Contractors, Suppliers, or a custom term for the client.
Accessing the Contractor Summary
To access the list of all suppliers or contractors, open the Manage menu and select Contractors

This summary page displays all contractor records and allows for easy filtering and management.
Operations
Click the Operations button to:
- Create a new contractor record
- Export a detailed report
- Export a blank or filled template for bulk upload
- Upload new or update existing contractors via Excel spreadsheet

Note: Incomplete or incorrectly formatted files will not upload successfully. Please contact the Techniche support team if you need additional assistance.
Creating or Editing Contractors
When creating or editing a contractor record, all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
A contractor may have subsidiary or child records associated with it. If a contractor record has child companies:
- Users under the parent contractor can manage tasks assigned to both parent and child
- Parent suppliers can also re-dispatch tasks to child contractors
