Standard Reporting Financial Reporting

Standard Reporting

The Titan Maintenance (Urgent) platform offers reporting in a number of ways:

  1. Exporting the summary pages (Tasks, Suppliers, Sites, Assets)
  2. From the reporting menu option
  3. Power BI reports

Financial Reporting

The following reports are available and designed from a financial perspective:

  • Accrual Monthly Summary
  • GL Code Accrual Summary
  • Accrual Summary
  • GL Code Summary
  • Accrual Task Details

The summary reports provide a grid view of the respective data according to your filters. You are able to click on the values to drill into the report. 

Some of the data available in the financial reports include:

  • In Progress Accrual: The sum of task accrual for your date range in tasks open and not yet invoiced
  • Eligible for Invoicing: The sum of task accrual for your date range for tasks completed but not yet invoiced
  • Approved for Payment: The sum of any task invoices, approved but not yet sent to finance (Note this will always be $0 for customers with an automatic interface.
  • Total Accrual: The sum of the in progress or eligible for payment (depending on the report you are using) + approved for payment
  • Sent for Payment Total: The sum of the task invoices approved and sent to finance.
