New & Improved
Best Buy: A column for “Contract Status” has been added to the Best Buy options window to provide visibility on remaining volume on allocation. Possible values in this column are “Ahead,” “Behind,” and "NA"."
Carrier Comms Dashboard (CCD): The Phase 1 rollout of this exciting new feature has been initiated.
-
What is it?
- The Carrier Comms Dashboard (CCD) enhances visibility of the carrier activity to the suppliers and facilitates easier tracking and follow-ups.
- Super-Admins can enable or disable this feature by customer request from the Super Admin Dashboard >> Main Menu >> Company >> Feature settings.

-
Supplier View
- Once enabled for the supplier, the user can click the “Carrier Comms Dashboard” button at the top of the screen to open the CCD in a new tab (see image above).
- On this screen, users may review Carrier Generated Orders and Unaccounted Orders. Results may be filtered and filter preferences may be saved.
- Suppliers can ONLY see orders (forecasted or carrier generated) for the locations assigned to the carrier and whose loads are marked to be dead-lettered.
- The supplier user can send follow-up emails to the carrier for unaccounted orders.
- The supplier can initiate a chat for the carrier-generated order. This is a real-time, one-to-one communication channel between the supplier and the carrier.
Tip: An unaccounted order is a forecasted order that does not have a matching order created by the carrier. Matching is determined by quantity and delivery time buffers.
-
Carrier View
- A carrier who is assigned location(s) by a supplier with CCD enabled will see the Carrier Comms Dashboard tab in their Carrier Light page.
- Carrier users will see the forecasting engine output for assigned locations if enabled by the supplier.
- Carriers can leverage these orders/loads and provide the tracking number for supplier visibility.
- Carriers have options for generating orders that they are planning for delivery.
- Manual order creation: Filling out the form on the CCD
- Bulk upload: Uploading a CSV template into the CCD
- API: Sending the order creation request to the exchange
- Carriers can receive or send chat messages related to created orders.
- Carriers can provide updates on the status of orders.
Carrier Light: The following updates have been made to the Carrier Light page:
- Freight Rate, Fuel Surcharge, and Accessorial Fees sections have been added for Manual Freight and Auto Freight. The Billing Team may modify freight rate and/or fees using this feature.
- CCD access has been added when applicable as described above.
- Date-time data in the Drop and Lift details have been auto-populated with simplified default values to reduce the number of clicks required for data entry.
Freight Service: A new icon has been added to the Freight Rate grid for bulk increase/decrease updates.

- Clicking the new icon opens a version of the Create Freight Rate screen where the user can make changes (+$ / -$ / +% / -%) to the freight rates for one or all of the Fuel Groups, and set the Effective From and End dates.
- A new column for Version(s) tracks updates. Clicking “View More” will provide additional details about previously active versions that may be viewed, copied, or edited.
Tank Cards: The layout of data parameters on the Tank Cards on the Forecasting and Location View Dashboard has been updated per customer feedback. The dynamic or calculated data points are now shown on the front while the static data points have been moved to the back (flipped) side.
