New & Improved
Carrier View: Suppliers with access to the Carrier View can now complete deliveries by full load rather than on a DR-by-DR basis.
- A Supplier in Carrier view can now click the “$” icon in a Delivery Request (DR) to open the manual invoice creation page.
- A new dropdown field on the invoice creation page lets the Supplier select additional DRs that have been assigned to the same Carrier and apply them to the same invoice.
- Different freight rates and fuel surcharge for selected products are supported.
Driver App Settings: New configurable driver features and real-time tank insights have been added to the Driver App. Users with access to the Preferences & Settings page in Titan Logistics can now manage the following options
- Pre-Post Dip: Determine whether the button should be hidden, required, or optional.
- Pre-Post Dip for Water: Determine whether the button should be hidden, required, or optional.
- Allow drivers to divert the delivery: Hide or display the “Divert” button for drivers.
Driver App: Additional driver app enhancements include:
- New “Last Reading Timestamp” and “Updated Ullage” options on the Tank Card, including a refresh icon to manually fetch recent readings when available
- The “Chat” icon is now moveable
- Text font has been updated on Schedule and Drop Ticket screens
- The Meter Reading Reset question has been removed from the Marine Workflow
PDI Integration: Customers with PDI integrations can now utilize credit checks for forecasted Delivery Requests (DRs).
- If approved, DRs will go to the DR queue and Load queue in the Dispatch Schedule Builder (DSB).
- If rejected, DRs will go to the On-Hold queue.
- Users can retry, force approve, or delete DRs in the On-Hold queue.
- DRs updated by the Forecasting Engine will be re-checked if there is in increase in quantity.
