Improvements & Enhancements
API & Bulk Update: The "CreateUpdateOrders" endpoint and Bulk Update template will support additional date and time value formats.
- Supported Date Formats:
- MM/DD/YYYY
- M/DD/YYYY
- MM/D/YYYY
- M/D/YYYY
- Supported Time Formats (24hr)
- HH:mm
- H:mm
Carrier Emails: We are adding a row to the Load Summary emails sent to Carriers to clearly distinguish orders that have been created, cancelled, added, or updated.
Driver Mobile App: Firebase authentication will be supported.
Driver Retain: A new company-level setting (Dispatch Setup > General Settings > Driver Retain Workflow) will allow customers to enable or disable the Driver Retain workflow. This setting will also apply to the Driver Mobile App.
-
When enabled:
- Undelivered product remaining on the trailer must follow the configured Retain reporting process.
- Applicable remaining gallons must be recorded in Retain Manager.
- Retained product must remain associated with the applicable truck, trailer, product, and compartment until resolved through the Retain workflow.
-
When disabled:
- The mobile app must compare the delivered quantities with the product loaded or remaining on the trailer.
- When the quantities do not match, the mobile app must display a warning before allowing the driver to complete the load.
- The warning must allow the driver to return and correct the delivered quantities or confirm and continue.
- If the driver confirms completion, the system must complete the load and automatically zero out all undelivered product remaining on the trailer.
- The system will not generate a Retain report or a Retain Manager record.
- The removed gallons will not remain available for assignment or delivery on another load.
- The associated truck, trailer, and compartments will show zero remaining product after completion.
DSB: A new warning message will alert users dispatching loads for a previous date.
Inventory Details: New Action options will be added for Delivery Requests and Manual Dip Entry, and a new Tank Level visual indicator will provide at-a-glance understanding of inventory levels.
Load Review: A new Order Review tab will display one row for each order/product assigned to the load.
Product Mapping: The Product Mapping function will be renamed “Source Mapping,” and will be expanded into a Super Admin function for matching externally consumed data to Titan Logistics records.
-
Source Mapping will support Products, Terminals, Terminal Suppliers, and Carriers received from:
- Avalara
- Argus
- Axxis
- DTN
- NYMEX
- OPIS
- PLATTS
WACOG: A new Location tab will include an auditable history of actual and estimated fuel prices

Q3 2026
- Invoicing (in beta): Early adopters are taking advantage of automated invoice generation and management integrated with Dispatch, Load Code Management, and Load Review. Multiple initiatives are underway to create an even more seamless experience including simplified setup and editing, more intuitive fee tables, and even more automated workflows.
- Best Buy Optimization (in progress): We are introducing AI-driven sourcing intelligence to our Best Buy feature to recommend the best strategic lift opportunity for each delivery by fuel price, supplier-terminal-contract allocation commitments, remaining term volumes, freight cost to lift, and freight cost to deliver.
- Ease of Use (in progress): We are making improvements site-wide to simplify day-to-day operations, and we are building centralized global screens to review and manage critical data in bulk.
Note: Roadmap items are subject to change.
