New & Improved
Alarm Dashboard: New options for 24 Hour and 48 Hour reminders have been added to the “Remind Me” dropdown menu. We have also added filter functionality to the Facility column for easier alarm management across multiple locations.
Data Import/Export: An “Update” option has been added to accommodate for cases where existing data needs to be updated in bulk. When using the new “Update” option, the only required fields are Client ID and Facility Name. Note: the page is currently defaulting to “Update.” A toggle will be added soon!
Frictionless Fueling Configuration: We have added a Configuration icon to the Frictionless Fueling page. Users with access to manage Frictionless Fueling settings can click this icon to easily customize each tab within the Frictionless Fueling module.

Tip: Reach out to your CSM or email support@titancloud.com for assistance enabling access to Frictionless Fueling Configuration in User Role Setup.
Frictionless Fueling Flow Rates:
- Measurements have been renamed for clarity:
- 90-Day is now called Baseline
- 3-Day is now called Flow Rate
- Meters can now be assigned a Flow Type classification to help differentiate exceptions for High and Standard flow meters.
- New Flow Type Classifications:
- Standard: Includes all values at or below the set Standard Max
- High Flow: Includes all values at or above the set High Flow Min
- Unclassified: Captures the "suspicious" values that fall between those two — which could be dirty filters, inconsistent meter behavior, or early signs of degradation.
- Min/Max threshold values must be configured manually
- Newly mapped meters will be automatically classified based on the first available 90-day flow rate.
- Flow Type can also be set or overridden manually by a user with access to Frictionless Fueling Configuration.
- New Flow Type Classifications:

Bug Fixes

Facility Profile: We fixed an intermittent issue where users received an error opening the Facility Profile page.
Frictionless Fueling Flow Rate: We fixed an issue where the page was not loading correctly.
