We are upgrading our reporting engine to a system called “Bold Reports.” For our users, this means a sleek, customizable experience when manually running reports.

This guide explains what will look and feel different, what's staying the same, and when you can expect to see the changes.

What's Staying the Same

  • Where you find your reports. The Reports Page will not change. You'll open reports exactly like you do today.
  • The report content itself. Column data, formatting, and totals are the same; only the surrounding viewer changes.

What's Different in the New Viewer

When you click on a report on the Reports Page to open the Render Report page, you will see a new Report Viewer interface for the updated Bold Reports.

Select Parameters

On the legacy Render Report page, filter options (Facility Group, Facility Status, Country, State, Facility, etc.) appear on the left side of the page.

In the new Report Viewer page, those same filters now live in a panel on the right-hand side of the screen.

View or Export Report

The new View Report page includes options to preview the report in your browser or download the report in your selected file format.

View Report

To preview, select View Report at the bottom right of the page.

Tip: When the report is on screen, you can continue to manage parameters or toggle over to manage report properties by selecting the icons at the far right of the screen.

Export Report

Whether or not you choose to preview the report, icons at the top of the page will allow you to export, print preview, or print the report using the selected parameters.

The export/download menu includes:

  • PDF
  • Excel
  • Word
  • HTML
  • PowerPoint
  • CSV
  • XML
  • TXT

Note: “Tab-Delimited” and “No Headers” options will be introduced in an upcoming release. Reports that use these settings as part of a scheduled automation will not be upgraded until these options are available.

When to Expect the Changes

We are rolling out the updated reports in phases, starting Tuesday, October 6 2026.

As the changes are rolled out, users can expect to see some reports using the legacy Render Reports page and others using the new Report Viewer page.

FAQ

Why is Titan making these changes?

Our legacy reporting engine, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) is no longer supported by Microsoft. Updating to Bold Reports will allow us to easily make updates, fix any issues that may arise, and maintain security protocols.

Will my saved report schedules break?

No. Scheduled reports will continue to run with no interruptions.

Do I need to do anything?

No action is required. The first time you open a converted report, you'll simply see the new layout.

Where do I find the export button in the new viewer?

It's in the same toolbar area as before, near the top of the report — look for the export icon to open the format list (PDF, Excel, Word, etc.).
