The Buyer Mobile App allows buyers to quickly manage a variety of functions remotely, including:

  • Making delivery requests
  • Locating drivers
  • Reviewing information on orders, locations, assets, dip tests, DDTs, invoices, and suppliers

If you have not already downloaded the app to your mobile device, you may do so from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Note: GPS Location Services must be enabled on the mobile device and allowed in the app settings!

Open the TrueFill Buyer mobile app and log in using the same username and password you'd use for the web app.

Tip: Only users with the Buyer or Admin user role may access the TrueFill Buyer mobile app.

Tap Login.

When prompted, select your Supplier.

Tip: Most locations source from a single supplier, so most users will only see one supplier listed on this screen. If multiple suppliers are available, you may tap the Suppliers tile to select a different supplier.

Feature Tiles

The following features are available in the Buyer App, depending on your workflow.

Create DR

Submit a Delivery Request for one or more products at your designated location.

See below for detailed instructions!

Where's My Driver

Locate drivers en-route on the map.

Note: The following criteria must be met for drivers to appear on this screen:

  • Driver scheduling must be enabled at the Supplier level and managed for each Driver
  • Drivers must have loads assigned to them by a dispatcher

Today's Orders Track manually created Delivery Requests for today or a future date.
Locations

Review or create Locations.

Note: More setup may be needed outside of the app on the Buyer or Supplier side to activate/enable a new Location.

Assets Review or manage non-stationary equipment on site.
Dip Test Review tank readings from connected systems or add new tank readings manually.
DDTs Review DDTs
Invoices Review Invoices
Supplier If multiple Suppliers are available for your Buyer account, select a Supplier before making a Delivery Request.

Create DR

To make a delivery request, tap the Create DR tile.

At the top of the page, select a Location and Product Type.

  • The Location will default to your current location but may be changed if you have access to do so.
  • The Product Type will default to “All” product types associated with the tanks at the Location. You may limit the order form to only include one type by selecting it in the dropdown.

Complete the form by providing the following details for each requested product.

  • Drop Date (from the calendar)
  • Delivery Window (start and end times)
  • Requested Gallons
  • Notes, e.g., “Contact manager before dropping.”

Then, tap Submit Delivery Request.

When the request is successfully submitted, you will be returned to the Create DR page. You may create new orders from here, or click the back arrow at the top left to return to the home screen.

View & Track Orders

Tap the Today's Orders tile to view manually created requests and scheduled orders.

The view defaults to Today's orders, but you may tap “Tomorrow” or use the date picker to select a future date. You may also search for orders by Confirmation ID.

Manage Tank Levels

Tap the Dip Test tile to review and manage tank readings from connected systems.

Tap the arrow next to the “Last Reading” data to manually enter new readings for the selected tank.

Note: There is a known issue with the manual entry feature. Stay tuned for a fix!

Notifications & Log Out

The two icons at the top right of the screen allow you to check Notifications and Log Out.

Tip: The Notifications in the Buyer App mirror the Driver ETA notifications and may include:

  • Driver en route to terminal
  • Next in line for delivery
  • Delivery delayed

If email/text alerts are off, in-app alerts are disabled too.
