Buyer Activity Reports

Two types of Activity Reports are available to review Buyer activity in Titan Logistics: Activity Report Summary and Activity Report Details.

Tip: Exceptions are identified in this report and in the actual invoice, however they may not be actioned within the Titan Logistics platform at this time.
As a buyer user, you may choose to access either type of Activity Report at a global level across multiple locations, or individually for a single site.
Option 1: Activity Report
The Activity Report function on the Locations page generates an Excel file that may be emailed or downloaded. The Summary or Detail report may be generated, and it may be run for one, some, or all Locations within a given date range.
To locate this option, open the main menu and select Locations, then click the Activity Report button.
In the pop-up window, set the report parameters.
- You must select one or more Country, State, and Location.
- The date range will default to the past 31 days. You may change the start and end date, but may only designate a maximum of 31 days.
- An email address must be provided to send the report by email.
- Choose between the Summary or Details Report type.
Click Send Email to send the report to the designated email address as an Excel file attachment, or click Download to save it to your device.
Option 2: Location Activity
The Activity log on the Location Details page provides an in-app view of the Activity Details Report for a specific location that may be copied, printed, or downloaded as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file.
To locate this option, navigate to the Locations page and find the desired Location in the grid. Click the Location Name to open the Location Details page, then click the Activity tab.
The date range will default to the past 31 days. You may change the start and end date, but may only designate a maximum of 31 days.
Items in the grid may be expanded or collapsed using the minus (-) and plus (+) icons.
The grid may be exported using the Copy, CSV, Excel, PDF, and Print buttons at the top right.
