Facility-Level Inventory Poll Now Inventory Graphs Search & Grid Client-Level Inventory

Tank Inventory can be monitored at the facility level or across multiple sites at the client level.

Facility-Level Inventory

The Inventory page at the facility level allows you to monitor tank inventory for a single facility.

To access this page, locate the facility and select Operational Compliance and Inventory in the facility menu.

Tip: If you are looking at the client level (global) Inventory page, click a facility name for a shortcut to that facility's Inventory page.

The Inventory page at the facility level contains the following resources pertaining to that facility's tank inventory:

  1. Poll Now function
  2. Inventory Tracking Graphs
  3. Search & Grid

Poll Now

While most methods of connecting an ATG to Titan Cloud support continuous polling, you have the option to poll the ATG on demand using the Poll Now function.

At the top of the Tank Inventory page, make a selection in the Collection Profile drop-down menu and click Poll Now.

For the most part, the available options in the Collection Profile dropdown menu describe the type of data that will be polled when the option is selected.

For example, selecting Inventory will only poll the current inventory data; the Sensors option will poll the sensor data, etc. There are two options that perform more general polling tasks:

Poll Now: Sends relevant commands to the ATG to refresh all polling data for alarms, delivery, and inventory.

Query Gauge: Resets the gauge configuration in Titan to match the current master record retrieved from the ATG.

Once clicked, the Poll Now button will turn gray, and you will see a status underneath to indicate progress (New > Processing > Success).

When the process has completed, the timestamp (local gauge time zone) for each graph will update to show the data has been refreshed.

Inventory Graphs

By default, there is one graph per connected tank showing data for the previous 14 days.

The date range can be adjusted by clicking the pencil edit icon at the top right.

All data shown on the graph is polled from the connected ATG, including the product level limits.

At the bottom of the graph, the key will show which solid line indicates the product level and which indicates the water level. For standard product types, the product line color corresponds with the fill lid color.

The dotted yellow and red lines indicate the Tank High Level Alarm Limit, Delivery Needed Level Limit, and Low Product Level Limit.

If a date in the future is picked for the “ending” date, the graph will show a projected estimate as a dotted line based on the difference in volume between recent prior deliveries.

Tip: To drill down into a detailed view, click and drag your cursor over a portion of the graph. Hover over the line to see details. Click “Reset Zoom” to zoom back out.

You can also choose to show a combined volume chart by checking the box at the top left. This view only includes the product levels, and does not show the water level or product level limits.

All graphs can be exported by clicking the three bars to the top right, and can be explored further by hovering your cursor over the data points.

Search & Grid

The search and grid functions at the bottom of the page allow you to drill further into inventory data.

You may use the Search panel to select parameters including Tank, Range (Current, Historical, or Average Inventory), specific levels, or products. Click Go to search.

You may also use the grid Views to customize how results are filtered in displayed in the grid. For more information on how to use and customize the grids in Titan Cloud, please review the Grid FAQs.

Tip: Unless otherwise configured, Volume + Safe Ullage = 90% of Tank Capacity.

If your organization permits manual inventory entry, this may also be managed from here. Please see the Manual Inventory Entry article for more detailed information.

Client-Level Inventory

Inventory can also be reviewed at the client level.

Click the nine-dots icon at the top left of the screen to open the global menu. Under Fuel Management, select Inventory.

This page does not include graphs, but contains a broader view of tank inventory across multiple facilities, utilizing the same search and grid features as the facility specific inventory page. Additional search parameters including Facility, Facility Groups, and Facility Statuses are available.

Tip: Click on a Facility Name to open that facility's Inventory page.

If your organization permits manual inventory entry, this may also be managed from here. Please see the Manual Inventory Entry article for more detailed information.
