New & Improved
Frictionless Fueling: We've made an adjustment to meter mapping logic to accommodate for PDI imports with multiple points of sale. To enable multi-POS logic, navigate to the Facility Profile and click the Misc Information tab. Scroll down to the Data Vendor Mapping section and click the pencil edit icon. Check the box under “PDI Sources Multiple PoS” and click Save. (25718)
Poll Now: We've implemented a background process to check for “stuck” Poll Now request. Now, if a Poll Now request has been queued or polling for over an hour it will automatically error out to allow the user to try again. (18513)
Release Detection: As previously announced, we have removed the I2500 command from the Release Detection summary and compliance reports. Test results from the I20700 command will be used instead. You can read more about this change here. (19813)
Reports: Phase 2 of our Reports page enhancement initiative is live! These updates include the following:
- Sleek new look and feel to the Get Report page and the Report Scheduler
- Shortcuts to edit, schedule, and email custom reports
- Simplified report scheduler
- Options to hide or rename report categories

Tank Inventory: We have added a column to the global and facility-level inventory grids for Temperature Compensated Volume. To add this column to your grid view, click Customize and select TC Volume from the column list. (8543)
User Setup: The Add or Edit user screen has been updated to consolidate the Authentication information including User Name, Client Administrator, and Password at the top. In client environments where single sign-on has been enabled, this will also include the toggle to enable SSO.
Tip: Single sign-on is not yet available for our customers but we are rolling it out to all internal Titan users starting today! CLICK HERE to learn more!
Bug Fixes
AFI: We fixed an issue where the checkbox for “Is Answer Required” in the profile setup was not working correctly for questions with a “Signature” response type. (24939)
Compliance Periods: We fixed an issue where the Release Detection Summary and related items on the Compliance Dashboard were displaying different rolling compliance period end dates. (23875, ZD: 28516)
E-Files: We fixed an issue where emailed E-Files were not displaying the File Date or Description as expected. (25831)
