FAQs

The following Q&A have been compiled for use in discussing these changes with customers. If you need any additional assistance, please reach out to the product team.

Q: Are my previous Facility Compliance reports valid? Will my future Facility Compliance reports be valid?

A: Yes, both your previous and future Facility Compliance reports are valid. There will be no changes to any historical compliance results or reporting. The 251 command represents the status of the CSLD test result, while the 207 command provides a 12-month history of the recorded CSLD results, along with additional information. The transition is happening because the 207 command offers a wealth of data and consistent recording of released detection results. CSLD results have always been collected through the 207 command, and will continue to do so and used for release detection compliance reporting.

Q: What global test results should I use, CSLD or Tank Leak Test?

A: You will continue to have access to all global ATG test results. However, if you're specifically looking for the recorded CSLD result, utilize the Tank Leak Test page link and focus on the Leak Test Method labeled 'Continuous,' which corresponds to the 'C' in CSLD. Here's the link to the global Leak Detection Method: Tank Leak Tests - Titan Cloud Software (mytitan.net)

Q: Does anything change on the Release Detection Setup or Release Detection Summary Page?

A: There will be no changes to the Release Detection Summary page. On the Release Detection Setup page, the option for ‘CSLD (if no ATG Results present)’ for the Facility Compliance Report will be removed.
