Table of Contents
New & Improved
Carrier Comms Dashboard: The following improvements have been made to the Carrier Comms Dashboard (CCD):
- When a carrier is creating an order, the Fuel Type dropdown will now show products based on the tanks set up at the location. Click “See more” to select from all possible fuel types.
- Delivery ETA, Drop Start Date, and Drop End Date now auto-populate with today's date in the Create/Edit order form.
- Several adjustments have been made to improve the layout and usability of the CCD:
- Columns in the Weekly Scorecard, Carrier Generated Orders, and Unaccounted Orders grids have been reordered
- Column names have been updated for clarity
- The Priority column in the Unaccounted Orders grid is now sortable.
Carrier Scorecard: Supplier users can now enable two new Recon Rules to catch specific events that impact performance score.
- Cross Drop Events: The system will now catch a "cross drop" event (product type delivered to the wrong tank) if a carrier's reported delivery is not validated by an increase in the relevant tank's inventory. The system will also suggest a tank that may have received the unplanned fuel.
- Lift Inaccuracy Events: The system will now compare the terminal and supplier details from the delivery to those set by the supplier at the location to identify "lift inaccuracy" events.
For both of these events, the supplier can approve or reject the event, and non-approved events will be included in monthly scorecard and ranking calculations
Delivery Reconciliation & Invoice CSV: The Invoice bulk upload template has been updated to consolidate delivery details based on the "SupplierInv#" field. Users can now enter POD numbers greater than eight characters and use the same POD number for multiple assets.
Rental Job Sites: Users can now set the BranchID(s) (asset source) while setting up the rental job site. This will optimize API calls for the location by focusing on the exact data to retrieve.
Volume Activity Report (Buyer): A new 'Activity Report' menu item and tile have been added to the Buyer's Dashboard under the 'Reporting' tile. This provides access to standardized reports for both rental and non-rental locations.
- Reports can be emailed or downloaded for one or more locations, and a date range can be selected.
- The user can select a country and optionally a state to search for locations.
