Company Profile Updates

Back-Office: Supplier users can now select and configure the back-office integration type from the Company Profile. The customer level will default to the selection made at the account level, but may be changed.

Flagging Unknown Assets: A new setting in the Company Profile page allows users to highlight unknown assets in grids/invoices.

• In the Company Profile, select “Are you in Renting Business” and “Highlight Unknown Asset in Transactions.” 

• An “Exception” column has been added to relevant Activity Grids and exported files.
• Unknown asset(s) in Supplier to Buyer invoices will be highlighted in red with additional text in parentheses: "Exception: Yes
• Unknown assets will not display in the Assets grid. 

Bulk Upload Template Updates

Location: New optional columns have been added to the Location Bulk Upload template for ChannelOfTrade and BusinessSector. 

Sell Contract: We now support Auto Freights in Sell Contract when using the bulk upload template using the following fields.

Driver App Updates

Delivery Details: When the driver prints the delivery details, the same file will now be sent as an attached PDF. 

Inventory Capture Updates

The following new Inventory Capture methods are now supported: 

• Gilbarco Insite 360: Tank setup requires a “GilbarcoSiteID” and “GilbarcoTankID”
• Warren Rogers: Tank setups require a “WRTankID” and “LocationID” on the location details page.
