Accessorial Fees: New accessorial fees have been added to the TFX fee list.

• New fee options include Extra Hose, Extra Man, Tolls, Extra Stop, Reconsignment, Waterfront Delivery, etc. 
• Rate types including flat, each, per gallon/litre, per foot, and per minute are now supported in the UI.
  • Note: The Create Invoice API only support flat rates at this time.
• “Leeway” is supported while setting or applying a fee. 

Back Office: Fuel surcharge charged on multiple fees will now be summed before being sent to the back office. 

Fuel Surcharge: The FSC and Accessorial Fee tables are now decoupled from the source regions, allowing users to create or edit tables without selecting a source region. This also applies to the Sell and Freight contract creation forms.

Mobile Driver App: Drivers may now complete a form to charge for additional services/charges incurred while making the delivery. 

Site Availability: Buyers and Suppliers can now set multiple different time windows for Preferred Operating Time/Receiving Time. Window(s) set at the location level act as a constraint in the LTL Optimizer to plan and scheduled delivery.
