How to Manage ATG Date & Time
Learn how to remotely set the date and time for one or more ATGs connected to Titan Cloud.
Single Facility
To update the ATG date and time for a single facility's gauge, navigate to the Facility, and in the left-side navigation menu, click ATG Management and Date & Time.

Not seeing the Date & Time option in the menu?
If the facility has an ATG connected, you can enable the Date & Time option from the Facility Profile under the ATG Info tab.
Click the pencil next to ATG Installation and check the box for Supports Configuration Management.

Set the date and time as desired and click Preview.
The system will prompt you to confirm your selection and click Apply Change to Gauge.

Multiple Facilities
Date and time can also be managed across multiple facilities at the client level. This is useful if you need time across locations synched for reporting purposes or if you need to make mass updates for daylight savings.
Click the nine dots icon at the top left of the screen to open the global menu, and under Facility Management, click Date & Time.

On this screen, you can choose to filter by Facility Groups, States/Provinces, Markets, or by Facility.
Tip: To select more than one option in the same filter box, hold the Ctrl key as you click.

Set the date and time as desired and click Preview.
The system will prompt you to confirm your selections and click Apply Change to Gauge.
