Titan Logistics Site Navigation
Gain an understanding of how to navigate features and tools available in your Titan Cloud Logistics portal.
Table of Contents
Titan Logistics (TFX) is a highly customizable platform and may be tailored to your organization's unique needs. Depending on company-specific customizations and your individual user role, you may see more or fewer options than those pictured in this article. There are, however, a few navigation elements that are consistent regardless of use case.
To access Titan Logistics, you must be logged in. Your organization may utilize a specific login link, or you may use the main logon page: https://exchange.truefill.com/

Whether you use SSO or a password to log in depends on how your company's account is configured. If you're unsure, please reach out to your organization's Titan Cloud champion.
Header Icons
Depending on your account setup and role, you may see a variety of icons at the top of the page. Each of these icons contains a shortcut or navigational element.

At the far left, the three horizontal lines open the Main Menu.

Tip: To reduce scrolling in the main menu, use the Search to locate items or click the star icon to set pages as Favorites.

When a favorite has been selected, other menu items will be hidden by default. Click Show to see the rest of the menu items.
The next icon displays which Account Type you are logged into. If you have access to multiple account types (Supplier, Carrier, or Buyer) you can click this icon to toggle into a different type of account.

At the far right, the gear icon contains any Account Settings you have permission to access and the initials icon contains your User Settings and actions including logout and change password.

Other icons you may see in the header are shortcuts to pages and actions relevant to your Account Type and role. Many of these are described in the image below.

Filters
Most pages in the Titan Logistics platform have a collapsible Filter section at the top of the page.
Click the arrow icon at the top right of the panel to close or open the section.
Use the filters at the top of the page to set parameters for the results below.

Click Apply Filter to fetch results.
Tip: If there's a specific set of filters you'll use often, save it as a Preference!
When available, click the “Favorite Preference” dropdown to select a Preference or click Add New to create a new one.

Changes to Preferences can be saved by clicking Update Preference.
